Bra fitting help » Does loose lace at the top mean the cups are too big?

Issue resolved
Decided to keep it for now because it's comfortable even if it's a little big.
Original problem
Lace on top part of cups is loose. Bra isnt supportive enough. I've tried an extender, but if I use more than one extra hook it feels too loose in the band.

helpfulTo me it looks like one of your problems here is the shape of the EM wires. They are built like this (_/ and to me it seems like the angled part is jutting off right into the bad painful armpit zone. You might be more comfortable in Comexim wires, which are narrow but more U shaped. I know a lot of people don't find them to be supportive because the wires are so soft, but I think the lined ones are really nice.
Band wise I think you would find the support you need with a thicker, sturdier band, such as an Elomi band or Panache Andorra. I think this band gets too thin in the back and sides where you need a lot of support. Maybe a Comexim longline would also give you the support you need. When I get my longline in I'll let you know how it works out.
Finally, I think the lace is loose because you are full on bottom and though you fill the bottom of the bra really well, the top gapes because you don't have tissue there to fill it.
It's a shame the fit is off because it looks beautiful on you. This is my favorite EM bra and it looks like it would fit me so if you want to sell it I would love to get my hands on it.

helpfulIn general, I don't think the loose lace indicates a too big cup. I also think the band is the right size, but is not wide enough to feel supportive,

helpfulI'm not sure about what the loose lace at the top means, but I had this same issue with this bra. I usually wear a 70JJ in her SM bras, but the 70JJ Triumf I tried was pretty baggy at the top so if you're new to the SM cut I wouldn't necessarily rule out that style as a whole based on this one bra.

Kaska replied that it looks too big in the cup and doesn't provide enough support for me. She thinks the 95GG in SF will fit better.
Ok good to know. I emailed pics to Kaska. I have an SF in 95GG on order. That's the size Kaska recommended based on my measurements.
