helpfulThe cups do look too small but also the band looks really tight but that could be because of the cups being too small. What is the stretched band measurement of this bra? Ideally it would stretch enough to equal your loose rib cage measurement. If it doesn't, try it with an extender.
Also, can you add your laying breast perimeter measurement? That's usually helpful for suggesting cup size.

helpfulThe first thing I see is a shape mismatch. The bra is not FOT enough, not tall-cupped enough, or not spacious enough at the top parts of the cups for your shape. I noticed that some of the bras on your profile are 32F or 32FF so those sizes may be better for you.

helpfulHere's a good rule of thumb: when the cup doesn't even cover the whole areola, you can safely size up! I can't promise it will be awesome in a 32F but it will definitely fit better than this.

That's the unstretched band length she entered. A 26" band usually stretches nicely to a standard length for the 32 band size. With her measurements she probably can choose between 32s and 34s depending on brand tendencies in terms of how they cut their bands, and comfort.
