Issue resolved
I have resolved this issue by myself.
Original problem
So, in the quest of finding the bra that fits, I tried to find my perfect sports bra. Needless to say I don't think the Shock Absorber B4490 is. But all I want to know is why is it so damn wrinkly, it doesn't feel too big in the cup.

helpfulRight, everyone. I have been tinkering away and it seems it doesn't wrinkle half as much if I tighten the top hook.

helpfulHi there! I have a 26" underbust and I am a big fan of this bra for the support it provides. Even though I have a small bust as well, I am uncomfortable with any amount of bouncing, plus bras that don't fit tightly give me horrible chafing with any movement of the band.
I have this bra in 30D and I get some cup wrinkling too. Some thoughts:
1. I think the appearance of the wrinkles is worse in some colors of the bra, like another user mentioned.
2. I do a fair amount of fiddling with it after I get it hooked. I definitely swoop and scoop- have you been doing that? Plus I pull the band down and the top up while leaning forward and jiggling everything around. Since this bra also has multiple layers of fabric on the inside, I reach in and grab those and straighten them out as much as possible.
3. I still have "armpit fat" but I have that in literally every bra so I'm not worried about it.
4. I ordered one of this bra in 28D and I'm curious about how it's going to fit me, if there will still be wrinkles. I have less breast tissue than you do though, my breast perimeter is currently 6.8".
5. If you want a smoother appearance definitely try the Moving Comfort Rebound Racer in 30D. It runs really tight as well. Let me know if you have any questions about that bra, I have a few. It doesn't unhook fully in the back, just the bottom portion has hooks, and it is pretty hard to get in and out of when it's new, but it looks great and gives great support.

Oh, yes, I know this bra has two sets. The Moving Comfort Rebound Racer (350037) I suggested does not, though.

Ah, that's what you meant. I misunderstood.

helpfulIt looks to me like it might be too tall for you, and maybe also too projected. I would look for a bra that's shorter in the cups that's more shallow if I were you. I unfortunately can't provide a specific model as I am very projected and haven't really looked for shallower bras.

helpfulThis bra seems to always look significantly wrinklier and just generally a little rougher in the white colorway... not sure why that is. This being said, like many sports bras it is a compression garment and though you are probably getting the same amount of support as you would in a regular bra, it's clearly not snug enough to compress... ergo, it is too roomy. Do you specifically want a compression bra or do you prefer encapsulation?

I don't think it could be any snugger, otherwise I'd be strangled. This is giving mega support, I'm not moving at all. I guess my wonky boobs will never fit any bra properly. Do you think going down a cup size or two would help rectify this? I think I'm probably overestimating my cup size and think that going down to a 28C would be best.

helpfulIs it perhaps two layers and the outer layer is looser than the inner one?

The inner layer's seams are wrinkling and it seems stretching.

It dose look like you don't fill it, but curious, how does it look before you put it on? I have seen this on a Glamorise sports bra that I have and have the same problem with. But nothing is going to move inside. It may just be made strange. Perhaps try a different brand altogether. But like wendybien said do you want compression or encapsulation? That might be a good place to start.

I don't really know much about sports bras, sorry.
-
Compression bras support by smooshing the breast tissue against you whereas encapsulation means the cups simply hold the breasts in place. Examples of encapsulation bras include the Freya and Panach sports bras.
-
I honestly don't bother, all I want is something that damn fits!
-
I'd suggest trying one of the Panache sports bras, the bands run really tight, so it may work well your tiny underbust!

Oh, that's good, there's one on sale My Curves and Me for £10 in my size of 28DD. Might just have to give it a try.

Oh, my version has two sets of hooks.
