Fitting looks good
Original problem
How is the fit? I had tried Sm Ty Wiesz in 65GG here http://www.bratabase.com/troubleshoot/dihzp/ and had quadding. So sized up in the similar model and was wondering if this fits right. Looks and feels right to me.

helpfulThe only thing that looks off to me is a little bit of riding up at the back. Are the straps loosened as much as possible? Too-tight shoulder straps and too-loose bands are the causes of a band riding up... But most people with your measurements would be able to wear a 70 without any problem, so 65 is unlikely to be too loose. If you can fix the straps, and it feels good, I would call it a win.
