Issue resolved
Two sizes up may fit well.
Original problem
Quadding is my primary issue. The cup is a bit too small. However, the gore is low enough, I think a larger size may dramatically improve the fit.

helpfulpersonally, I find EM a cup size small in soft cup and two in padded. Going by the pics and the numbers, I'd recommend the two cups up in this one.
