Trying to size down or another cut and brand suggestions.
Original problem
I'm going to say this bra doesn't fit me. The wires are too tall and the straps are still too wide. I fit the bottom of the bra but the top is just wrinkling. I purchased this because I was suggested the brand based on my narrow roots and narrow shoulders and this style was the only one that came in "my size."

helpfulGravity being what it is, an empty upper cup is often simply a sign of a cup that is too big. You have so much extra room here you could carry your wallet and keys in these cups! I would try one cup size down, if you like this bra. The wires should be proportionally shorter as well, hopefully enough to be comfortable.

Well, it depends how you are able to take your lying down perimeter. If you are able to get all the breast to sort of "balance" on the body so it's not slumping in one direction then you get a somewhat close representation of cup depth but beyond a certain breast size that can be difficult--there just isn't room! So all perimeters represent a certain amount of "hang" and are therefore larger than how your breast would measure when gathered up and slightly compressed in a cup.

I gave Impimi my measurements, like so...
"70H is described on the chart being more or less equivalent to 32FF. I
do take a 70HH/I in Comexim (usually), and a 70G/GG in Ewa Michalak. I measure ~68/97cm. So I think 70H is probably where I want to start?"And their response was to recommend me a 30FF / 65H in Adell. I haven't actually ordered a bra yet, but I wonder, maybe queeniebrooke could try emailing them and asking for help? They replied to an email in English and said English was fine...

I may try emailing them if I don't find something else that works.

helpfulThat's a tough one. You look pretty full on bottom to me, and it seems like that bra would work better for someone more evenly full. Maybe try Comexim/Wellfitting? They make bras with the cup depth you need, and they'll alter them to move the straps in for you free of charge. For people who are full on bottom, I'd recommend their plunge cut. Wellfitting has great customer service and will help you figure out what size etc. you need.

I actually have a Wellfitting. http://bra.pe/T2s/

That looks like it fits much better to me as long as the gore tacks. Your review said your main issue was with the straps being too wide, which was why I suggested having them narrowed. You can also do your own adjustment on the one you have to make it more comfortable, like this: http://dreamsandunderthings.com/2016/03/21/so-i-altered-my-ewa-michalak-ch-cherry-and-heres-how-it-turned-out/

It does look like a good fit in the cups, at least from that limited angle, but Comexim's plunges aren't really supposed to squish your breasts together that much; I get the same thing from them, and in my case it's because my breasts are center-full and when they look like that it's because they're falling towards the center and need to be scooped back into place. Which I have to do several times a day.
-
Right, that's definitely true. Mine are center full too, and I get a similar effect in their extra deep plunge without modifications. It's also possible that her breasts are just that close together. If not, Comexim will also raise the gore. I just think that if the shape of their plunges work, the fact that they will move the straps in is a huge advantage for people with narrow shoulders.
-
I'm still learning about my shape, my breasts are very close, combined with some center fullness. I'm so used to them being squished together. I've got a few other bras on order gorcenia and ewa Michalak with movable straps. So I'll keep trying.

helpfulHave you tried Gorsenia? or Flirtelle? or KrisLine? or Nessa?
The Polish standard for big sizes and narrow cups is Ewa Michalak, but they are notorious for wider set straps. I also have to cup size up for the soft cups and two cups up for the padded. Their SM straps are not as wide set as the BM (murder!) but I think your size bumps you into the next construction category so I don't know?
Gorsenia has wider cups than Ewa Michalak, but narrower set straps. Still not quite narrow enough for me and you would be at the farthest extent of their range, but you could give it a try. I also gape a little at the top of their cup, but nothing like the Impimi.
Flirtelle I like better. The straps are much narrower set, but the cups are slightly wider and almost everybody needs to cup size up for them (they are related to Curvy Kate). However, I am not fond of their shorter wings, but that might suit you.
My KrisLine and Nessa are both in the mail so I can't attest, but they do make your size and they are fairly accessable online. What I do know is that Ewa Bien, Avocado, Ava, Charnos, Lepel, Bravissimo, Nipplex, and Parfait all have a combination of wide cups that wrap around my back (they don't adjust for smaller band sizes) and wide set straps. Ewa Bien and Avocado have softer wires that distort and straps slightly wider than Gorsenia. Ava has massive cup widths in most styles. Charnos, Lepel, Parfait, and Bravissimo remind me of Fantasie and Panache in cup and strap set width.
My Impimi works because I put a dart in the top of the cup beside the straps to close off the top and bring the straps a little narrower. Impimi is relly built for FoT and or taller roots. I only posted the new photos today, so it may take a bit before you can see the alteration. http://bra.pe/XUka/
The only other suggestion I would have is to try the custom comexims. If you do not know, Comexim will customize your order for free, but with a no return or exchange policy. I initially found the right size with returnable purchases through BraObsessed and then custom ordered direct from Comexim. I had to band size up for them. It can sometimes take a while for them to show up. I like asking for the soft cup in a 3hc style with the straps brought inwards by 2 cm and the centre gore raised by 1 cm (in the 70HH - I don't know what it would be like in your size). I also size up for the padded cups. The three part half cup (3hc) gives fairly short wires on the sides but lots of immediate projection so it tends to fit better. Without the centre gore raised, the soft cup shape looks a little odd with the straps moved inward. see http://bra.pe/XUoF/

I have a Gorsenia and a flirtelle on order. I just added a Kris Line today as well but that's another story. http://bra.pe/XUtE/

What a weird bra! But the cup width looks good. You definitely need to cup up, maybe by two, and maybe with a higher centre gore? I can't wear plunges in general because my centre fullness and soft tissue all puddles over.
Edit, I am just looking around and I think the problem you may be having with size consistency is that some european brands size in cm but cut in inches, where are KrisLine seems to size and cut in cms. This means that every cup size goes up by 2 cm, not 2.5. For the smaller sizes it is not such a big deal, but at your end, those half cms add up. I think that is why I size up with Ewa Michalak. Impimi apparently cuts with inches, so with KrisLine, at 30:13, I'd translate that to 65:15 and a bit. Try two cups up in KrisLine and see what happens.

I'll have to take another look at the sizing.

helpfulIf you feel uncomfortable with the too tall wires I think it's worth going a size down especially when you also have the empty space on the top. I also felt that panache envy was uncomfortable because of the too tall and wide wires so I went a size down then have no problem with wires, get a bit of quadboobs though.

I thought that, too, but I didn't mention it because the cup depth measurements seemed appropriate. Is it common to have a cup depth that's that much less than the breast perimeter? I'm so glad there are people here who know more things than me. :)
