Bra fitting help » First bra of many I've kept but still not sure it's right for me.
Cleo » Marcie Balconnet Bra (6831) » 32E 32:6
Does this bra fit? The band almost uncomfortably tight but the cups seems to hold all the tissue. I'm still not sure because I can't differentiate tos and breast tissue. After wearing this bra for awhile I'm ready to take it off and it seems my breast tissue has migrating toward my armpits, but just slightly. For some reason this publishes as a 32E but I put 32F because that's what size it is! Bratabase automatically changed it on this help post for some reason.

helpfulIt looks like the cup volume is good but you are absolutely right this band is probably much tighter than you need. If you can't wait to take it off, there's a problem I would sister size up in the band, and try a 34E.
Jj it looks like Bratabase was automatically changing the display size--marking it as E even though she entered F! Just thought I'd flag that

helpfulit looks like your straps a bit too tight and you might prefer the elastic lace of Cleo Hettie Balconnet Bra (9011) which is a Marcie clone. It also looks like you have some centre fullness which more or less means that nothing will ever fit quite right and may be why you feel flattened into your armpits at the end of the day. Marcie is pretty good for accommodating centre fullness. The only ones I know that do better are Ewa Michalak SMs, Gorsenia K200s, Flirtelle Ellie Balconette Bra (FL6401), and Curvy Kate Bardot and Ellace.

helpfulIn your forward facing picture it looks like you're having a problem similar to what I am which is the cup is sitting too low out of your IMF, if it's just a tiny bit too low like in your picture when you raise your arm I've found it can look like a good fit. I don't know if it's enough to cause an issue but it's something I've learned to beware of! Maybe when you try a bigger band you can wear it and move around a bit to see if the underwire gets pushed down again.

The bra is a 32:6 it was entered as UK 32E/ US 32F. Cleo uses UK as their main size so it is displaying on its default sizing.
http://www.bratabase.com/bra/dilfn/ <- this is the bra entry and you can see the real entry with both sizes.
