Bra fitting help » Right cup size and style?

Issue resolved
I need to buy the next cup size up from 30E to 30F (UK size).
Original problem
I am not sure if this bra fits or not. If it doesn't fit, should I change the size and/or the style?
Quad: I quad in this bra after I scoop and swoop but it settles down after several minutes to minimal or no quadding. But when the quadding stops, the tissue slides out the sides of the bra. I like the cleavage it gives though.
Gore: I can fit the tip of my finger under the top of the gore. I think the top part of the gore pulls out a bit but it is hard to tell because I am centre-full and there is boob to push out of the way to check the gore. I would say the gore lies somewhat flat but not completely.
Wire Width & Band: The wires are wide enough for my Nike swoosh side roots. It looks wide on me but I think my boobs are more horizontal in shape so there is a lot of side tissue. The bra does slide down out of my IMF throughout the day so I am constantly adjusting it but not as bad with the cookie in one side. I put it on the second hook right away and tightened the straps up only a couple of centimeters. I put a cookie under the right breast after I saw the tank top shots to help keep the band even and upon a user's suggestion.
I am looking to buy another nude/white bra with some kind of padding/lining. Should I get this same bra? Same size (30E UK size) or are the quadding/gore issues enough to go up to a 30F UK? Note: Nessa starts at the 30" band. Or should I just try a totally different bra style and brand? I really like Bravissimo's Satine 28FF though the bra is a bit wide for me. It is comfortable and it looks nice under a shirt so I am debating between the Satine 28FF or a Nessa push up size 30E or F. I am open to suggestions too.

helpfulI have a similar wish list for bras: low, narrow gore; low coverage cups; and high wings. Does the 30F Nessa Paula Push-Up pictured here have a lump of pushup padding in the cup? If it does, maybe it's fighting your center fullness. That could contribute to tissue escaping out the sides of the bra. The gore would be a little on the high side for me. Do you think a lower gore would give your center fullness more room and your tissue less excuse to make a break for it on the sides?
Since you started your brafitting journey only a few months ago, I wanted to mention you may be experiencing breast migration. Not all women who start wearing properly fitting bras experience this. You've probably heard that breast migration will mean you'll need a larger cup volume, sometimes at the same time as a smaller band size. The less talked about phenomenon is that bras in general tend to fit better after migration. The distribution of tissue after migration tends to match bras' shapes better. In other words, bra manufacturers, for each bra in each size they make, expect certain proportions as well as volume. Different manufacturers use different proportions, and the same manufacturer may use different proportions for their varied bra offerings. While the volume of a bra when you start out could be correct, it may not fit as well as it does someone who has already undergone breast migration and has the same breast volume that you do at this point in time. Even if you've searched high and low for the best possible fitting bra, you may not find an ideal fit for a few months.
For example, one of my first bras was a Simone Perele Caressence Shaped Full Cup in 30E. I got it at Nordstrom after working with a skilled fitter. Its 2.3" gore was probably too high. I'm not sure because I never paid attention to how close together my breasts were until a couple years later. I do know I was never as happy with that bra's fit, even ignoring gore height, as I was a year later with other bras' fit. Those other bras all had gores that would be too high for me now, but they otherwise fit well. I have heard of others having similar experiences before and after breast migration.

helpfulIt's too small in the cup. I promise there are bras that can give cleavage by bringing the girls front and center, not just by virtue of the fact you're busting out of them! Size up!

Yes, you get it!! I have needed a lower and lower gore since I began my journey or I paid attention to the pain I was feeling! Yes, if I have a lower gore than the tissue doesn't roll out the side! I thought I was the only one that happened to! Yes if the gore was lower it would also be a bit more comfortable though it is not unmanageable in this bra. I usually narrow and lower the gores myself with my amateur sewing skills so I may end up doing that to this bra.
This bra doesn't have a normal thick push up padding with a lump of foam. The cups are lined with a medium and even lining. It isn't thinly lined but it isn't thickly lined like you would expect a push up to be. The lace part has a very thin lining only.
It is encouraging to hear that after the breast tissue migration, the bras fit better. That gives me hope! That actually makes a lot of sense. My breasts have centered onto my chest more and have come out from the sides since I began my ABTF search, but I feel there is still some side tissue that constantly needs to be moved over to my chest still. I think it belongs on the upper portion of my chest (the part that is currently empty and often gaps in cups). Or my tissue is just suppose to be there and belongs on the side. I am so unsure but this gives me some optimism that I can fit into more regular bras instead of looking for that unicorn of a bra. I don't think I am that special! lol! Thanks for your comments. (And I know the breast tissue migration is a bit controversial. I was wearing 34A/Bs before so honestly that tissue had to squish somewhere so in my case, my breast tissue was compressed out my side. I won't speak for anyone else's case or the norm.)
