Issue resolved
The sized up cups worked well.
Original problem
I'm a bit confused with Comexim cup sizes - I've started with Elena in 80G, which was way too small in cup (compared to my Fantasie Mae in 34FF). From the side view, Natalie in 80H has small cups as well but in the center it's already too open. I have tried also Beauty in 75HH with extension just to see if the HH cup would spacious enough - and the cups are almost the same sizes! The difference between H and HH cup is wire length (80H has 28.5cm, 75HH has 27cm). The bras are both pretty and comfortable and I will require an exchange, the question is for what size?

helpfulBased on the pictures and measurements, it's worth jumping up 2 cups to 80J to get the cup width you need. It looks like there's gaping at the top because the wires are too narrow for your breast to fit into the cup, so the cup is being warped.

Oops! Good spot. 80J. I was clearly tired yesterday! Thanks for noticing that

helpfulTwo lovely Comexim exchanged bras came back last Monday and what a relief! They both fit well, maybe a bit too open on the top, but the fit, oh my, ...I don't remember the bra which wouldn't poke or scratch after the whole day of wearing it. Thank you all for fitting hints

helpfulThe reason why your 75HH fit like the 80H is because they are sister sizes (same size cup on a different band). To get a cup up you would have needed an 85H, 80HH, or 75J.

But I agree with xuenylom that you need at least an 80J. You have a lot of breast tissue in the armpit of the bra that should be fully enclosed by the wires so going wider won't be a problem. Comexim grades its bras differently from UK bras so it's not super surprising.

Comexim does 2 cm cup sizes instead of 1 inch (2.5 cm), so the bigger you get, the more size difference you get. 5 inches is 12.5 cm and equals about six 2cm increments - or one cup size. 10 inches is 25 cm or plus two cup sizes. Without your laying measurement, it is hard to guesstimate, but 15 inches would be three cup sizes different, so you should need between 2-3 cup sizes bigger in Comexim than in UK index sizing.
plus cupandahalf is totally right about sister sizing. The letters only mean cup increments and each smaller band size starts with a smaller cup at A, so sizing only makes sense when both band and cup are combined.

Thank you for your comments! For some dyslexic reasons, I read somewhere that the system of sister sizes doesn't apply when picking up the bra size at one brand - I really though that it was Comexim (no, it was other brand), which explains my confusion why two bras which were supposed to have different cup sizes are almost identical. It's never too late to repeat beginner's mistakes:)
Anyway thank you all for the suggestions, I will continue in my bra quest. One question more: I'm not familiar with laying measurements - can you please explain more?

Laying- lay on your back and roll around until your breast tissue is balanced on your torso. It will probably mean you are sort of on your side, unless all your tissue is to the front of your body. Feel around the side of your tissue until you encounter the edge of your breast root (where your armpit ends and your breast tissue begins). Now put the tape measure at that edge and measure across the fullest part of your breast at nipple level, into where your breast tissue starts at your sternum. This is usually the shallowest depth bra you can fit because it represents your breast tissue held against your body, whereas your hanging will represent the deepest you could go if all your breast tissue was held out in front of you.

Alberta8317 you didn't read incorrectly :-) In fact, if you carefully compare their suggested size range, the sister sizes are not identical. For instance, a 70J Comexim 3HC was very comfortable, but the sister size, 65K, was too tight. Minor variances, but they could make a difference. Sigh! Don't loose hope if you don't correctly select your size the first few times ;-)

cupandahalf Thanks for explaining, laying measurements were new to me, I spent a lovely evening rolling around naked, my cat enjoyed that (anything for bra research and correct sizes). Here are my laying measures: left cup depth: 31.5 cm (12.4inch), right cup depth: 32.5 cm (12.79inch). So even 80J could be theoretically also small for me, the cup depth in half cups (sonia) is around 29cm (11.41 inch)...on the other hand, I have soft tissue boobs which can fit in even in the smaller cups and still feel comfortable.
Love4Pollinators thanks, I've really hoped to make it right from the first try. Do you know if a larger cup size (outside of the range at their website) is considered as alternation and therefore, I cannot return it?

Alberta8317 I'm uncertain. I've never ordered an unaltered Comexim. Zathiya.com may be a great place to start, because she accepts returns for the bra sizes she offers, if they have no alterations. Alternatively, you could send Comexim an email.

xuenylom this is an 80H bra and she tried the 75HH with an extender. Don't you think she would need an 80 band, considering how this fits and her measurements?
