Bra fitting help » Does it fit? Should I pad the right side?

Issue resolved
I'm going to wear the bra for a little longer and pay attention to how it lies under my clothes before deciding whether to pad, but as of right now I'm strongly considering it.
Fastening on the last hooks instead of the middle ones, and loosening the straps, made it even more comfortable.
Thanks, everyone!
Original problem
I just fitted myself for the first time and am looking for a little feedback to make sure I'm headed in the right direction. Would you recommend anything different? Should I wear a cookie on my right side because I'm so uneven?

helpfulFrom the photos, this looks great (I think you may want to check your cup depth measurement though, because if it were really 9.3" an 11" breast would be busting out all over!)
I would loosen the straps now that you have a bra that supports from beneath.... most people who have been wearing sub-optimal sizes form the lifelong habit of tightening the straps to the max because it's the only way to get any lift, but you don't need to do that anymore once the band is snug and supportive. The straps seem to be digging in very slightly on top of your shoulders, whereas you want them to be JUST snug enough that they stay put and don't slide right off.Re: asymmetry, you are fitting the larger breast, which is exactly what's recommended for comfort. Using a pad or cookie is a matter of personal preference and anatomy. I have a significant difference between my left and right breasts, but because the bases of both breast roots are roughly at the same height, bras sit pretty straight and horizontal, so i don't feel the need to pad. I do get a little gap at the top like you but it's not an issue. People with a bit of asymmetry but whose breast roots aren't aligned horizontally--i.e. the base of one boob is a lot higher than the other--often find a pad, cookie or silicone cutlet helps even things out so both underwires are sitting on the same horizontal line, keeping the bra nice and secure and avoiding wire pokeage in the armpit.

Yes, personally as I said i have a fairly visible size diff between left and right but since my bras still sit straight, I've never felt there was any benefit to padding (just one more thing to lose/fiddle with, haha!) If you're wearing a low cut outfit and want to maximize cleavage perhaps then you would see a subtle difference with a little pad or cookie.

helpfulIt looks nice on you. The wires are sitting a little below your inframammary fold, indicating you could use more depth at the wire. This bra, with the exception of the floral shimmer colorway, is known to be shallow so for future purchases you will want to look for bras with at least average depth. The band is a little tight too. If you wear a non-elastic extender until it stretches the cups will probably fit better on the bottom. Parfait generally runs tighter in the band so you might want to sister-size up in them.
The bra seems to minimize your asymmetry. Does the gap on your smaller side show under clothes? I don't know how asymmetry affects the fit of a bra over the course of a day, but that might be a reason to pad.

Thanks so much for your feedback! The gap doesn't seem to show under my clothes so far, but all I've worn since getting it is lounging around the house-type clothes. The real test will come tomorrow when I wear it to work. Right now, I'm trying to decide if I'll get used to the floppy feeling on my right side or not.
I will definitely keep your depth suggestion in mind! This is already much better than what I was wearing before, so I was actually having trouble discerning if it was sitting just right or a little low. I'm glad to have someone else's take on that.
Re: the band, I currently don't have an extender, but in the pictures I have it fastened on the middle hooks. In the meantime, maybe fastening it on the loosest hooks will help a little?

kwilcox yes, if you fasten on the loosest hooks you won't need an extender.
I'm glad you're feeling comfortable in a bra that fits!

Thank you so much for the advice! I'll definitely double-check my measurements; I'm still trying to figure all this out, haha.
Thankfully, my breasts seem to sit fairly horizontal with each other, so I think I'll wear this as-is for a little while before deciding whether I want to cookie. I'll definitely have to get used to adjusting the straps differently, too - just like you said, the first thing I did when putting this on was adjust them tighter! It'll take some getting used to for sure, but I'm so happy to have something that fits!
