Issue resolved
Issue is fixed ! Thanks
Original problem
Gore never touches! Very minor spilling on top, but underwire and band are fine! My breasts have grown slightly since i started birth control. Since then, i have noticed my bras getting tighter in the cups. However, i have always had gore issues and felt i have been wearing the wrong size.

helpfulI don't have your measurement around the bust, but looking at your horizontal breast perimeter and ribcage measurements, you are probably closer to the 28F/FF to 30E/F range. The 32C is too small in the cups.
If you compare the bra measurements against your body measurements, you can see two things:
1) The cup depth is 2.5" smaller than your horizontal breast perimeter. I would not worry about it if the difference is small and the bra looks like a good fit, but 2.5" is a lot. This means the cups are too small and do not have the depth to fully contain your breasts.
2) The unstretched band length is very close to your comfortable ribcage. Normally, bras stay in place and support your breast because the band stretches to a certain extent so that it is stable on your ribcage (think of a hair tie). If the band is not stretched when you wear it, it will move around. This is also why it rides up in the back and why the gore floats in the front.Unfortunately, it seems you are out of the size range of Victoria's Secret. The closest thing they have is 32DD/DDD, and if you have a chance to try this bra in these sizes, you may find the cups fit okay and the gore floats less/stops floating, but the band will be even looser--the 32C may not feel that loose to you because the band is making up for the place where the cups should be, but once the cups are okay, the loose band will be more visible. I think it is more reasonable to try something in 30E/F or 28F/FF (I think 28F/FF would be a better fit, but you may not be used to the change at first) and see what happens. You can search Bratabase or the online stores (Amazon, for example) to get an idea about which brands are making these sizes. It depends on what bra style you want, too. Do you want the bra to be padded/unlined/plunge/balconette?

My guess is 30DD will be too small. Cup volume is relevant to the band size, so 32C is about the same volume as 30D, 28DD, etc. 30DD is one cup volume up than 32C, and your current bra looks like at least 2 cup sizes too small. Maybe try a US 30DDD (UK 30E) as well to compare. If you want a more accurate estimate of your size, you can take a look at https://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/ and try the calculator on the sidebar. You can post the measurements and result here/on reddit and people can give more advice based on them. They have a great beginner's guide that helps you identify your breast shape, which would be helpful when you ask for advice about which bras to try.
You may also try the Bratabase recommendations--if you click on the menu bar at the top of the webpage, there's a link called "my recommendations," which recommends sizes and bras based on your measurements. I find it less accurate that the ABTF calculator, but some people may have different experiences about it.
As far as I can remember, Adore Me is more of a store that sells a variety of brands, but they usually changes the name of the bra and add their store label. I cannot remember it exactly, but some of their bras should be from Parfait By Affinitas . Their should carry other brands as well. I hope other people chime in about their shopping experience because I haven't bought anything from them.

I just feel as if a 30DDD is huge for me! I’m afraid to order that online and have it not work out, it’s a hard size to find! Would my bust measurement help or?
-
kaysmi7505 order from places that have free returns, like Amazon or Breakout Bras.
30DDD might be huge on you from VC because they make their bras to try to capture as much of the market as they can without making new sizes. Brands like Panache, Freya, or Curvy Kate make bras from 28D - 40K, so they have more increments in their cup sizes. So the correct size in a brand like this will fit better than a VC bra.
-
kaysmi7505 I think 30DD will still be a little small. One cup volume up is not a lot of change. If you search 30E on Bratabase you will see pictures of people wearing 30DDD. Their boobs do not seem larger than yours.

bras usually go up in cup sizes by either 1" or .5", so American brands usually use the 1" cus they are cheap and lazy.
so if u try an American brand try a 30DD, but if you try European/UK bras I'd go for a 30DDD.
and remember that US to UK bras sizes are different sometimes.
i know, it's frustrating, good luck! :)

helpfulI agree with every one here. You would definitely fit a lot better in a 30E or a 28F. Just wanted to let you know ahead if time that a band generally feels too tight because the cups are too small and when you are first entering the world of truly fitting bras, the band will feel tight because you are used to a very loose band. I went from wearing a 32B to a 28D/DD/E (I wear, and most women wear, a range if sizes depending on brands), I also want wear a 30C/D. My horizontal perimeter is only 7"-7.5" yours is 10"! The cup depth should about match the horizontal perimeter measurement. Your ribcage measurements are similar to mine and I happily wear 28 bands all day long.
Your breasts look like they are trying very hard to escape from this bra, and the Gore floating means the cups are several sizes too small. Band riding up means it is way too big for your as well.
I suggest using the standard UK sizing for your bra, then when purchasing from brands that label their cups differently you can just count the cups till you get to the one you need. I suggest looking for a 30E from an online store that allows returns. Do not be afraid to return the bras! I really think a 30 band will be far too large for you, but it will be easier for you to get used to then just jumping down to a 28. Then once you get used to what a real fitting bra should feel like and how much more comfortable it is, you'll probably go down to a 28F/FF.
Now here's a good way to always make sure you get the equivalent cup size to a 30E when purchasing from non-UK standard companies. Here are the cup sizes for a standard UK company (Freya, Curvy Kate, Cleo/Panache are some examples): A, B, C, D, DD, E, F, FF, G. The E cup is the 6th cup. Now if you buy from a U.S. brand that uses this labeling for cups: A, B, C, D, DD, DDD, DDDD, G, H, you would pick a 30DDD because it is the 6th cup. Now let's say you decide to buy from a French brand and their cups look like this: A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, you would get the 30F (80 band in French is equivalent to UK/US 30 band while and EU 65 band is the same as a UK/US 30 band) because the F cup is the 6th cup in that brands line up of cup labels. If you need anything describes better, please let me know.
I think that Bratabase's size recommendations work better for me then ABraThatFits on Reddit in opposition to ChocoNoir but I think you should follow every bit of advice that she gave you! Good luck, don't give up or get disheartened! Have fun and don't get afraid of trying a "huge" cup size. I went from a 32B to owning a 28F, 28E, 28DD, 30D from a B cup! I have tiny boobs! helpfulwe are similar in size. i would try a US 30DD, maybe even a US 30DDD depending on style of bra (full coverage, demi, etc.)
if you like ur bands tighter/firmer try a 28 band hope this helps.Updated on December 21, 2017 Flag this

I have worn this bra in 32C and the sister size 34B and my horizontal perimeter is 7.5 inches. This bra looks to be 2 cup sizes too small. I agree a 30DDD would probably be appropriate.
-
I wore this bra in 32C too, I was fitted at VS (I have a pic in "my bras" in case you want to compare). It was too small. I'm wearing bras in 30DD or 30E since I found my true size.
I believe it looks like you would need a 30E or maybe F (or a 28 band).

helpfulI agree with everyone here. Your chest is trying to make a break from those cups! I would size down at least to a 30 (maybe 28 might work) and size the cups up to a DDD. Best of luck!

helpfulthe perimeter measurements of your breasts - well, you only took 1 breast perimeter, the horizontal - anyways, the cup depth should be close to your breast perimeters. its not. think about it that way.
also you could go to better stores that carry 30F or something, nad try them on

Hi! I think the 30DD would be a good choice for me. I like padded or unlined bras best. Either push up or nothing at all! I did some research and I feel like @adoreme would be a great brand for me to start with
