Bra fitting help » Cup bulges out at the sides, otherwise comfortable. Keep or not?
Panache » Andorra Full Cup Bra (5675) » 34G 34:9
Issue resolved
Decided to return bra because it’s tight when wearing even with an extender.
Original problem
I ordered a Simone Perele Celeste from Amazon (for $25!) and they sent this Panache Andorra instead. I’ve considered Andorra from time to time but always avoided it because Clara was such a horrible fit on me. So I was pleasantly surprised that this bra fits as well as it does.
The band only stretches to 32.3” at the most so it’s very tight but comfortable with an extender. It cuts in just a bit at the top but not enough to size up or feel uncomfortable. My main concern is at the sides of the cup. The top of the sides bulge out just in front of the wires. I have a lot of tissue there so it’s not gaping. Should I be concerned about that?
When I tried this yesterday I was a bit upset about how tight it was and thinking I had gained a lot of weight ☹️ so I was sure I’d return it. I felt better once I measured it and it felt pretty comfortable today with an extender. I was concerned about the pointy shape but I think it’s fine under clothes.
What do you think, does it fit well enough to keep?

helpfulDo you get that bulge on both sides? On some of my bras, I get that only on my smaller side. Then the wire occasionally pokes me, I think because there's not enough tension on it to keep it in place.
But basically if you are comfortable and like the way it looks under clothing, I generally call that a win.
I havent tried the Andorra - in part because i dont like lace under the cup - my belly bulges will suck it in and it will hurt. But I just recently tried the Tango for the first time, after knowing for years it was one of the few easy-to-find bras in my size range - and i feel dumb for waiting so long!

It looks like the cups are just a bit small, I like my wires to go a little further back and grab all of my tissue so I do have a few bras that fit simmular to yours. Hopefully when you hit the gym, you will loose just enough to make it just right! Until then I say keep it. You cannot beat comfort!

Thanks Matrix , I agree, comfort trumps!

helpfulThis is so beautiful on you, finallygotboobs ! If you can tolerate the outer wires and it stays in your IMF, I'd proudly wear it. I'm amazed by how well this fits. And, the stretch lace is so comfortable. Enjoy. Serendipity smiled on you

helpfulIt looks to me like the band is not level around your body. Maybe you could loosen the straps a bit and pull the band down in the back a bit? This could flatten out the bulge. Either way I think it looks wonderful and if it's comfy I would definitely call it a win! All though I would be majorly angry if I ordered a Simon Perele bra and received a Panache bra. Talk about a huge difference!

I thought it was pretty level but I’ll try loosening the straps. The first pic looks like it’s higher in back but I was leaning in to the camera.
Not gonna lie, I was disappointed at getting a Panache instead of a SP, but $25 is still a good price for the bra.

I did have the thought that it just looked higher because of the angle of the picture, but I figured I'd point it out just in case it did help!
You could very well get a refund without having to send the bra back! Cause it still was a decent deal. The last time they sent me the wrong product, I wrote Amazon and the seller and they refunded the money and told me to keep the item.

Yes, the bulges are on both sides. My breasts are close to the same size although they have slightly different shapes. If anything the cups are a little bit small. But I joined a gym and I hope to lose some weight!
I’m wondering if it’s the way the armholes are cut. The straps are more centered than any of my other bras.
I have a Tango, it’s really comfy, which is why I kept it even though it was too big when I first got it. Now I’ve grown into it, lol.
