Bra fitting help » Short roots mean cups don't seem full
Fit Fully Yours » Maxine Moulded (B1012) » 42H 42:8
Not sure I'm really filling out the cup - my roots are short and shaped like an oval with the widest parts on the East/West plane. There's some gapping at the top, but because I don't have upper fullness I don't think this is necessarily a problem of the bra. The bottom, however, might have more room than I need?

helpfulLacking X-ray vision, we cannot really tell how filled the cup is at either top or bottom, but in your size range full cup bras can be designed taller or wider than many wearers need. Are you able to boost the underwire further up into your IMF (underbreast crease) and does this suddenly seem to create a ton of empty room in the top? If so, look for smaller cup volume but also perhaps shorter bra wings. High-set breasts can mean that some bras aren't able to sit as high on you as they ought due to the top of the wing hitting your armpit.

helpfulSo you need a bra that runs wide and short and FOB . . . Is this US sizing? I'm looking at Elomi Etta Bandless Bra (8840) and the cups seem much, much larger - like you might be a 42FF? but it looks like the etta is narrower than this? idk
