Issue resolved
The issue isn't fixed per say but I decided it fits well enough to keep. I believe it probably is do to my FOB shape pushing the gore away slightly but it doesn't bother me
Original problem
I don't get any quadding but the gore only lightly tacks. I think it fits in every other way, so I'm not sure going up a cup size would work?
Overall I find it comfy but I'm not sure if it fits well enough to keep.

helpfulI wouldn't worry too much about the gore just lightly tacking. That's still better than digging in, and the cups don't look to small in the pictures.
My guess would be that, as you mentioned your boobs are full on bottom, there might be some immediate projection at the base of the cups that's slightly pushing the underwires away from your body.
As long as there is no pain and the bra feels comfy in any position (not compressing your boob tissue or making you feel squished), that's nothing to worry about. Also, the straps are not really visible in the pictures (maybe try setting a timer and stepping a little further away from the camera next time you're taking fit pictures), but slightly lengthening the straps might also help with the gore not tacking issue.

helpfulLooks like a good fit from the pics, although they don't always show everything. I have this bra too and also went down a cup size from usual.

Ya it was hard to get a picture of what was going on but I think it fits good enough to keep now. Thanks for the help :)

Ahh maybe that's the issue. Normally I get collapsing and pushing away of the bottom of the cups, which leads to the gore digging in.
Ah ya I have a mark I dont want in the picture but the straps are at their max length. It helped a bit when lengthening them after first trying it on. However I still didn't get a full tack.
Thanks! I think I'll keep it :)
