Original problem
Lots of empty space in the top of the bra where the lace is (from about nipple level up) every where else fills out except a tiny bit of wrinkling from the space between my breast crease and the under write under my arms

Yup this is a shape mismatch. You are quite shallow and this is a bra looking for projection. Check out Cleo juna, Maddie, Lexi, etc. Natori Feathers may work, it starts in 30 bands but the bands run tight.

I think it’s the wrong style for you. I think that your breasts are tall and shallow and that bra is looking for depth and projection that is not there. You might me better with a shallower bra. I think that Portia in Curvy Kate is shallow, though many molded styles like Cleo Lexi or Maddie are quite shallow.

Natori feathers was too wide for me and I think too shallow, to be honest. I believe I need a wire width 4.5 in. Or smaller. And I'm more center full than any where else. I'm not sure how to assess roots though. Do you have a suggestion for these requirements?
