Bra fitting help » Should I go up a band size and cups? What is the right size?

Issue resolved
After this, I think I will try 32G.
Original problem
Cups are definitely too small, although I think the width of the cup is fine. Band feels tight, but not sure if I should go up in the cup and band or if going up in the cup will be enough. I'm getting better at this but still haven't found the right size.

helpfulBased on the measurements you have for snug and stretched band measurements, I’d say yes to the band size up. This alone might allow the cups to fit better, but it’s possible that you still need a cup up as well, based on your measurements (that said, my 30F is 9.8” deep, so I’m curious about the measurement you have for depth as the same, considering that it’s a larger cup than mine). Have you tried it with an extender?

helpfulMy theory: when the band is less tight, cup will feel uncomfortably narrow. I'd size up in the cup 1 or 2 sizes and reevaluate. It looks too small from a volume perspective.
The gore isn't tacking, the wires are riding down onto your ribs, and the outer wire is nearly pinching your breast tissue. You can definitely find a more comfortable fit.

Do you think I need to size up in the band? I have no other experience with this bra, but is seems like a good shape for me. I've read it is easy to fit into. Just wondering which size to try next 32FF, 32G, or maybe 34FF, or 34G. I'm leaning towards 34G, but afraid to go up band and 2 cups. Letter phobia maybe or just tired of the endless guessing. I think that's why I sometimes settle for good enough.

How does the extender feel? Considering your breast perimeter measurements and this bra's cup depth, I'd try the 32G next. Letter phobia plagues many of us! Personally, I would hesitate to size up in the band. There is a significant amount of your breast tissue requiring band length to accommodate this too small cup. Best wishes!!

Also, you may have a bit of asymmetry. Fit your largest breast and add a "cookie ", if you need.

Thanks for the insights. I am getting an extender with 2 hooks now. I really don't think it will make anything significantly better. The band didn't bother me too much, but it does seem a lot shorter than some other 32s I've tried.
I'll report back once I can get the extender on it.

I finally tried this with an extender and it just didn't work. Band too loose and the cups gapped at the sides while still quadding. Seems like it better stay with the 32 band.

I'm going to try with an extender. I feel like the cups are still small, either way. Thanks for your insights!
