Issue resolved
Not really sure what happened but this bra fits like a glove now!
Original problem
New year, new fit issues! I can fill the cups for the most part now, (updated better pics - I tried removing the older ones but it wasn't letting me, sorry about that) onto the fit issues:
quadboobing, from the front, it's not as apparent but from the sides, all I can say is yikes. When I lift my arm I notice some wrinkling on the side but this is probably because my bra strap is over tightened. I've only worn this bra a few times over the course of four years, all for short periods of time, handwashed in between, and can pretty much fit my fist in between my back and the band on the second row of hooks after getting all of my breast tissue (for the most part) into the cups. Also the wires on the sides feel like they're pinching tissue, the centre gore doesn't tack. So far every 30/32 band has been large on me, unless that's how a band is supposed to fit, at this point I'm genuinely confused as to how it's actually supposed to fit. This is how it fits currently after losing 50lbs, so it went from fitting okay to now it's the bra equivalent of a dumpster fire. My current fit recommendations are 30HH/30J (taken a month ago). Would this be a good starting point for me still, or am I taking my measurements way wrong? 😅

helpfulI agree with dbmamaz. First, picture taking tutorial: for us to assess fit, the best pictures are to the front with arms downs as much as possible, then turn 3/4 for an angled view of your bigger boob (smaller one should be pointing right at the camera), then a profile of your larger side with the arm up so we can see armpit and band, then (and this is the tricky one) back band taken over your shoulder. Being able to see things like the straps and sides of the bra really helps us assess fit, so if you can hold the camera far enough away for us to see from waist to neck that is really useful. Here's one of my recent photo shoots so you can visualize what I mean: http://bra.pe/XYHq/
Second, for us to make more specific recommendations about fit, it is super useful for us to have bra and your measurements to compare the two. For instance, if the band stretches to 32 inches, but your loose underbust measurement is 29, we can recommend you try a smaller band.
I think both this bra is too small and the shape isn't right for you. You look like you need more immediate projection and a bra that has more room on top. Certainly the bra is too small though, and the wires are so wide they are on your back. They might be pulled back by a too-tight band but without measurements or a back view it's hard to say. I mean, your breast root might go that far back, but it's not super likely.
It would be good for you to get a sense of where your root starts by holding your breast with one hand and then pushing it back towards your back. Where it creases is where your root begins. You can mark that with eyeliner and compare it to the marks made by your bra wires. Then measure the distance and measure the Bras cup width (from underwire tip to tip). If the mark from the bra is wider than your root mark, subtract the distance and use that number to get an idea of the wire width you need (this is the database part of bratabase, and what makes measuring so great and useful!)

helpfulOMG I didnt recognize the name of the bra, but I recognized the picture. I have this bra in 30K but I have to wear it with an extender. I would send it to you but it would probably be even more too-wide. I wish you had pics or reviews of more of your bras - esp curious how your Ewa Michalak fit, tho it should have been way too loose in the band and probably too small in the cup
So, the Elsa, compared to other Panache bras, I found it much less supportive and maybe a little big in the cup. I would suggest trying a panache jasmine, oh . . your measurements arent here, no bra measurements, no body measurements, and no back picture, and no mention of how the band fits.
anyways, you might want to try a 30K in jasmine, actually. You look very projected, both immediate projection (your boobs come straight away from your body at the bottom) and center projected - your breasts are sort of long/pointy rather than rounded or spread-out across your chest. So you need very deep bras - meaning, no t-shirt bras would fit, if they came in your size, which I dont think they do.
good luck!

My actual underbust measurement would probably have to be somewhere between 26 to 28 as I can still wear this bra comfortably on the second hook after gathering my breast tissue into the cups. The Ewa is too small (cup wise) and too big (band wise) but due to the amount of breast tissue that is escaping is making the bra feel a lot tighter than it should be. Im curious as to if I could try the Melody in a 28KK though? The wires as they are now only cause trouble because they're resting on top of breast tissue.

where are they resting on breast tissue? at the bottom?

dbmamaz Mostly on the bottom and somewhat on the ?lower sides? As well because there's not enough room in the cups for all of my breast tissue

helpfulMy guess is you're fuller on top than this bra allows and / or the wires are too wide or band to tight and / or straps overly loose. But if it were me I'd try a different wire shapeits seems to me the wire shape you have on looks lik \_/\_/ when you need more of a (_}{_) so needing more of a u shape wire instead of a nikes symbol another way I'd explain what seems to be not working for you is the apex/nipple/ pointeiest part of the cup seems to sit lower than the natural apex of your breast ( usually your nipple) . only other issue I could think of is that the apex is set to far side to side therefore ppuuling your breast
