helpfulAre you handy with a sewing machine? If the bra is comfortable otherwise, consider doing a strap modification. With this type of single sewn cup to strap, the easiest way would be to use two safety pins to shorten the strap area after the bra is on. If you are more machine savvy, you could modify them by cutting and sewing in a modulator, such as hook and eyeloops or even Velcro.

helpfulI'm no expert, but it sounds to me like the weight of your boobs pulls down the bra and stretches out the straps. Meaning there is not enough support.
Are the straps adjustable at all? Is the band riding up in the back?
Also, for the record, this photo does not show much about the fit. It would probably be helpful in diagnosing the issue to upload some more photos (angle, side, back, etc). Photos from the front do not show much...

Not riding up on my back, unfortunately the straps aren't adjustable, it would help considerably if they would

I think they offer this bra with underwire, do you think this would help?

I honestly couldn't tell. Wire might provide more support, but to me this bra looks like the typical S/M/L stretch top and I don't know how wire works with that kinda stretchy fabric. Chances are the straps might still stretch after x hours of wearing the bra, because your boobs will just fall over the wire since the cup has no additional construction or a strong band (unless it does in the wired version).
If you will go for wire I'd suggest getting a proper wired bra.

helpfulIts kind of hard to do much about S/M/L bras. I think they are more like bralettes. It looks too big for you, though.

helpfulThis particular Bali design is popular because it's cheap and widely available, but it's really pretty limiting for anyone who's outside of the optimally matching ribcage-to-full-bust ratio. I am a smallish cis female, only moderately full-busted, and have a very very common underbust/bust difference and they don't even work for me! I would recommend branching out and searching for a comparable design that offers a more versatile fit. Adjustable straps and a larger range of band size options (6-8 sizes instead of 3-4) would be a big plus, front adjusters are offered sometimes too and are a lot easier.
