helpfulWhat makes it difficult to get the straps over your shoulders, specifically--do you have a mobility problem (chronic pain, limited range of motion in shoulders, etc.) or do you feel like you have to tighten the straps a great deal to get the desired lift and shaping?

helpfulDo you put your arms into the straps before hooking the back? If not, maybe that will make the transition easier. If this isn't an option, try loosening them just a bit to allow for you to get them on but not compromise the support.
Another suggestion would be to switch the front of the strap connectors with a nursing clasp or even a front opening bra clasp, so that you can connect the straps after the bra is on without having to pull them over the shoulder. These connectors can be purchased online (Amazon etc) or at any fabric store and wouldn't be difficult to hand sew on to the bra.
