Returned bra for a better fit
Original problem
This bra is gorgeous and supportive but highlights my assymetry. Many of you have encouraged me to continue experimenting with unlined, unpadded bras. But this one, as nice as it is, reminds me why i love padded bras lol.

helpfulDon't feel bad about a little bit of asymmetry! Almost everyone has it and it's one of the fantastic things that makes us humans charming Mine tends to look fairly crazy in a bra that's already a bad fit, which this definitely is--but after years of wearing unlined bras I've learned to be quite comfortable with the way it looks otherwise.

helpfulOh honey, if you are more comfortable in padded bras then by all means wear padded! Please never feel like any of us are pressuring you into trying or wearing anything you'd rather not wear. We all have our own comfort zones, and we do tend to suggest items based on that, but you need to do what is best for you.
Unpadded bras are helpful in fit checks because we can see issues a lot better than in padded, so I think that is part of the encouragement to try those, but if you can tell us what you feel, see, and can share your thoughts about the fit, it helps fill in those blind spots and gives us a fuller mental image of the whole picture.
Please go with the padded if that's what you prefer though, and we will be happy to assist you with those. Comfort, Support, & Confidence go hand in hand! And as already stated by Wendy, most women have asymmetry so you are 100% normal. This bra is gorgeous but is too big in the band based on measurements, and compiled with the cup issues you noted, is not the right one for you. But there are plenty of other bras that will suit you beautifully. You're doing great in your bra journey by the way. Bravo for your progress!
