Issue resolved
I returned the bra.
Original problem
So imo, this bra does nothing for me. But it does leave little to the imagination when exposing my breasts. Please let me know your thoughts for a correct fit.

helpfulI mean, its not just too small, its a bad shape. too shallow at the bottom and too wide.
One thing that can be helpful is to look up bras here before you buy them, look at the measurements compared to yours, look at pictures of how they fit other women. Stretched band should be close to your 'comfortable' rib cage and cup depth should probably be close to your smallest breast perimeter
I've never heard of that brand, either

helpfulDefinitely too small in the cups. At least one cup too small, maybe two, given your perimeter measurements. Hard to say if a bigger cup would save the bra fit for you though. The stretched band is much longer than your comfortable measurement as well.

helpfulSometimes you gotta beware of those super cheap bras on Amazon! Especially ones that are lacy and non-padded.
In this photo it looks like you have many red lines on your torso (which is fine) but it indicates that your bra is moving around on you, which is never good!
So, when you put on your bra you want to make sure it gets put on right, lemme link you to this great Bra Fitting Seminar I posted on here not too long ago: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fuDeZHTjPt8&t=629s
Lean over, as far forward as you can get without topping over and slip the bra straps on. Grab the underwires and put them in your IMF (directly underneath your breast tissue on your rib cage) and clasp the bra closed. Then Scoop all your tissue into the cup, not just from the side, but from the bottom as well. Then re-checked that the wire is sitting right underneath your breast tissue in your IMF. Stand up and scoop again, check again and make sure you smooth any breast tissue that might've gotten trapped under your gore or under the cup elastics into the cup. And then jiggle around! Your bra should not move at all when you have it on properly in the right size!
I just think this is an all around bad bra for you (and probably most people if I'm honest XD), but I also think you are not situated correctly in it.
I definitely suggest looking into brands here that have alot more information on them and alot of the time you can find them for just as cheap on Amazon as the non-name brand cheap bras on there and if you have Prime you can even use Prime Wardrobe! Which allows you try sometimes really expensive bras too see if they fit and then send them back and buy them cheaper elsewhere.Overall, these cups are too small for you and the gore appears to be too wide! If you LOVE another cheapy bra on amazon make sure you go for a minimum of an F cup, DD is just too small for your averagely shallow and projected, averagely wide & tall rooted breasts. Also, please keep in mind that your breast shape that you focus is NOT what your breasts look like in the mirror without a bra on. It's the shape your breasts take on when they are supported that you need to pay attention too. They will also continue to change as you keep wearing and buying better fitting bra's because your breast tissue will eventually migrate from your sides to the front of you chest so don't go too crazy with buying a bunch of new bras in your newly best fitting size!
Have you found ABraThatFits on Reddit? They have an amazing guide for people new to their bra journey and go over just about everything on Breast Shapes! Let me know, if you haven't I will link it for you.Updated on November 4, 2018 Flag this

i woudlnt worry too much - its so obvious its not fitting. the right bra will fit like a glove. or at least a lot better! it does look ilke your breasts are pretty narrow and long, possibly, which can be hard to get a perfect fit, but surely you will find better.
I'm not near your size so I dont know what runs narrow in that size

Your IMF is the place under your breast where it attaches to the chest wall. It won't be visible in a bra. Your underwire should sit exactly there; directly under the breast tissue, without a gap.
-
your imf is just the bottom of your breast. put your finger on your rib cage and slide it up till it hits the bottom of your breast. thats your imf. It can either be a shelf of tissue or it can gradually curve upward towards the nipple. you can't really find it in a bra., you can just normally feel if the bra is sitting on your tissue or see some collapsing of the bottom of the cup or if there is space between the bottom of your breast and the underwire.

helpfulIt is wide and shallow at the upper edge of the cup, neither of which are good features in your case-- though it has pretty good apex projection, which is definitely something that seems like it would help. I've seen this brand sold for rock bottom prices on Amazon and elsewhere, where it is very popular precisely because it is so cheap and offers lots of sizes for full-busted women. Quality is likely not the best, which could be why you're getting a shape you find unappealing. Are you located in the USA? In this size range (with a few tweaks) you can likely find a lot of much, much better quality bras at discounters, and they will fit better too.

Absolutely! I tried this one because of its affodability and transparency.
Shallow? I thought i projected?
I am in the US. Thanks so much for your help.

She says here the bra is wide and shallow at the top not you! lol
-
Sorry for the confusion--the bra cup is projected at its deepest point (where the apex is) but the upper portion of the cup does not have enough room for you--it's cutting in at the edge. Does that make more sense?
-
Yes it does, thank you! wendybien I am still learning all this terminology!

I'm not sure the bra's depth measurement is correct--9" is a typical depth for a 32DD/E, so I'd be surprised if this brand ran 3 cups smaller than most. Taking an exact cup measurement is kinda tricky!
