Yep, it looks like this one is too big all around. I would say going down in the band for sure, based on how you're holding the back, honestly it would look like 2 band sizes. The cups would be tricker to assess, as sister sizing is not exact with Ewa. As you sister size down, Ewa cups tend to be slightly larger, so while in theory a 70G=65GG=60H, the 60H cup would in reality be larger.
The 60 band are all custom sizes, 20pln more in price than standard and not returnable if they don't fit, so it may be wiser to go with the 65 band instead of jumping down to the 60 just yet, but that is your call for sure.
As for cup.....I would loosely suggest a 65FF/G, as I am not confident this one is 2 cups too big, especially factoring in how large the band is on you.
Also, Ewa bands can be inconsistent but have been on a looser trend lately.

I actually ended up with a perfect fit in 65G ;)

With underbust measurements around 30, a 60 band will be too tight anyway.
