Issue resolved
Up a cup size or 2
Original problem
I own three of these bras. If I don't scoop and swoop (just lean forward and let my boobs fall into the cups) the top of the cup lies flat, as does the gore. After scooping, I can fit a finger under the gore and get quadboob.
For reference another bra I've been wearing is Panache Andorra in 32h. It fits similar to this.
Should I try 30hh in Marcie and 32hh in Andorra?

helpfulYou definitely need at least one cup size up and possibly 2. I found marcie fit better when it was slightly loose on the top. however, going up a cup size will likely also bring the cup higher up in to your armpit - it looks like its already a bit high for you - your breasts are fairly high-set. Try to get the laying perimeter of your larger breast. Generally one of your perimeters should be somewhere near the cup depth - for me laying was the best one - but you have at least a 2 inch difference there with your horizontal
