helpfulWith your short roots I highly suggest their plunge. See my attempt to wear 42K - Wellfitting » Liftsational Classic Demi. The bra is not deep enough in the center to allow your breasts to sit properly- if you had tall roots you would get cakes on a plate but with short roots you just get that fold line where your roots meet your chest.
Based on your measurements I would try a Comexim Plunge in 70K or 65L, depending on the band material and how you want the band to fit.

helpfulI don't think it's just a matter of it being too small, but more of a shape mismatch. If you went up cup sizes then a different kind of problems would arise.
It looks like your breasts are very projected and have short roots? Please correct me if I am getting the wrong impression.
But this kind of balcony bras will end up pushing your breasts to accommodate the cups and spill like it happens here.
I don't have an immediate suggestion, but just pointing out that it's not just that it is "too small", but that the model overall may not work even in other sizes.

I agree with both, but would add based on the depth measurement, it is at least 2 cups too small. Two cups up mind you would give more height, and result in the new fit issues Jj mentioned though. :-/
Also, the longlines from Comexim have been reported as very shallow at the wire. I would suggest ordering a regular 3HC to get a better feel for how they will fit you.
I can't really gauge the fit because the cups are the wrong shape. It is too tall for you at the strap and doesn't look projected enough at the wire.
