Tried it in a cup size down, and it is great!
Original problem
If I don't move my arms at all, this bra fits like a dream. The second I reach up, down, left, right, or even lean forward just a little, the top of the cup gets wrinkly.

The horizontal seam is wrinkling and your nipples are a fair amount lower than the cup seam, ultimately this bra is both a bit too tall but mainly too big in the cups. I think this is worth a go in 42G, the Etta as well might be worth trying on in 42G.

helpfulThis is pretty close. So the Matilda runs taller than other Elomi plunges. I usually get wrinkling in the tops of my Elomis too when I’m raising my arms but I couldn’t size down because then the cup cuts in at the top. You might be able to size down in one of their stretch lace plunges which is shaped similarly but shorter. I would try this size and a cup size down in this and Elomi Kim Plunge Bra (4340) or any of the other plunges they are making now. There’s also a petite plunge coming out soon, the Lydia.
