Issue resolved
I'm going to try the suggestions offered.
Original problem
This bra has good immediate projection. However the underwires are too long/gore is too high. They don't really sit on my IMF. The smaller breast has a lot of wrinkles. The bigger one, which is the one on the side view, still has some loose fabric on the top. I'm looking to find something else to try that would fit my shape. (FoB, narrow roots, need immediate projection) I have tried several other bras with no luck. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
I also posted a fit check on ABTF reddit.
Please ignore the messy background and the annoying/adorable lap cat.

helpfulAlso, have you tried Curvy Kate Ellace? Good projection at the wire, not as deep at the apex, narrow cups, low side wings and gore, stretch lace on top.

Here's a link to the CK Ellace page so you can check measurements and photos.

A D cup is the smallest that CK makes.

I have tried Ellace. I have it on here. No review yet, but I do have pictures. The gore is still an issue. I have wrinkling on the bigger side where the strap connects with the cup.

helpfulHave you tried a smaller cup size? Cup depth measurements are a bit larger than your perimeter. I’m wondering if it’s too projected at the apex for you as well. I’ll see what the others think too.

A smaller size in Panache Jasmine would have to be 30D. Since OP doesn’t complain about the band I would not recommend going a band size down though.
-
Here's the link to the 30D, so you can review the measurements, if desired:
https://www.bratabase.com/browse/panache/jasmine-balconnet-bra-6951/30D/ -
The band is nice and snug. Every 30 I've tried seemed way to tight even on the loosest hook.
-
Which cup sizes were you trying with the 30 bands?
-
I was trying 30E. I even tried them upside down and backwards. The bras were still too tight.
-
Do you know which bras/brands?
With those measurements you could easily do a 30 band but personal comfort is a very subjective thing, so I understand that it feels tight, and 32 is more comfortable, and since you're not in the mega bust (as I call it lol) range, it's really not even necessary to size down in the band.
As for Jasmine, I found it to be projected at the wire, but extremely projected at apex, even too much for me.
Personally, if I were buying it again I'd size down in the cup.edit: actually, it's really late here so forgive me for misreading the measurements and scrap Andorra cause it seems to have same/similar gore to Jasmine.

But I do think you should give Freya bras a try btw, Fancies especially because 1. you can find it cheap 2. I remember it having a lower gore but still good projection at the wire
-
Which style Fancies would you recommend? I know they have it in a bunch of different styles. Thank you so much for your help.

I've tried both unpadded plunge, and the padded longline (it's sort of a half cup) and both had lower gore.
I think you should give the unpadded plunge a try.
Really a lot of Freya bras have lower gore the only problem being that some of them have zero lift.
Any plunge bra should have a low-ish gore, Bravissimo also has one called Elise I believe, Panache has Ana, Freya Rhea plunge also has lower gore. Curvy Kate has Firefly and Lifestyle, both plunges with low-ish gore (and cheap on Brastop too). -
Curvy Kate plunges have super deep cups in their unlined form- they would likely be too deep at your nipple area. I don’t know about depth at the wire for their padded plunges but that might be something to try in 32D.

I was thinking the same thing.
