Bra fitting help » Parfait Charlotte- band too large and cups too small (?)

Issue resolved
Decided to go with the 32G, as the 32GG would have likely been too large. Thanks, all!
Original problem
I got this bra in a 34FF because I heard the cups and band ran small- I usually wear about a 32FF. The band is definitely loose; it was comfortable on the tightest hook (pictures were taken on this hook). I had a little "orange in a glass", but that's normal for me and I think would be remedied with the proper size band. Depending on how I arranged my boobs after I scooped and swooped, I either had a tiny bit of quad boob, or a tiny bit of bra tissue under the gore. My breasts are very soft, so if they were firmer, this may not be an issue- I'm not sure if it's that the cups are too small, or just my shape/softness. I can't decide if I should get a 32G or a 32GG. I would think maybe that the 32G would fit similarly to this one with the band tightened, so maybe a tiny bit small in the cups, but I fear that a 32GG would be a bit big in the cups. Any advice is greatly appreciated! xx

helpfulDoes the band shift around on the loosest hooks? Also, if you pull the bra up as far as it will go without your boobs spilling out from underneath, and then scoop only your side tissue, how's the fit? Just want to make sure you aren't wearing your bra too low. If it has the exact fit issues, I would go to a 32G personally, as I'm sure a 32GG would gape significantly. That being said, wearing a bra at the right height will certainly make the band feel firmer and the cups fit larger, so adjusting where the bra is is a good start.

helpfulIf this is you fully scooped in, with your shoulders back, standing straight, bra yanked up as high as it goes and straps tightened accordingly -I don't think you need a cup up at all.
This bra was created to give cleavage, and it you don't seem to have much of that in this bra which alone suggests you don't need a larger size.
I also do not think this 'hint of quad' would be visible under clothes. So 32G then, as GG would most likely be overkill.Updated on September 14, 2013 Flag this

helpfulI didn't really wear it long enough to see if it shifted around, like riding up, but yes, it was not at the right height on the loosest hook. It was in these pictures, though. I think with a 32, it would stay up much better. But like I said, that's pretty common for me because of my oddly shaped breasts; even if the band is quite snug, I have to hike it up a little throughout the day. And the pictures make it harder to see, butbut there is a bit of overspill, buy I agree that another cup up would probably be too much. I just was worried that once I got a 32G and the cups were a little tighter because they're closer to my body, the quad boob might be a little worse. Maybe not, , and I honestly love this bra a little too much not to buy it again, a little extra tissue or not.
Thanks so much, lovelies!Updated on September 14, 2013 Flag this

Sorry, yes, I did. The bra is in the right place for the photos, and would probably stay there with the 32.
Did you hike up the bra in the front? It's kind of unclear.
