Original problem
I also have wrinkling on the left cup (my bigger boob) towards the center gore. I did alter the straps. Not sure if it's too big in the cups or the wires are too narrow? I had a 30E in the same style and it was WAY too small.

Again, this is looking big on you (not quite as large as your Tutti Rouge), but the whole not filling out the top or the bottom thing is looking awfully like too big cup. This one only looks a size too big.

helpfulMaybe try a 30F. Since the 30E was too small and a 30FF much too big.

its so hard to find the perfect bra. The 30E was much too small. This is much too big. I feel like goldilocks.
