Issue resolved
I decided to get rid of the bra and, start over on my hunt for the perfect bra.
Original problem
This bra is brand new . The center gore lays flat but, it looks like it's not in the middle ? I can stretch the band maybe 2 inches ? I don't know maybe I'm still not used to soft cup bras or used to the tightness but, what do you gals think? Should I keep it ? It's my first real size bra, it might be just enough to let tissue to migrate then I'll get another ? Does it look right? Should I put a bra extender? Help

helpfulIt's definitely too big in the cup and too small in the band. I personally don't think this is a good bra for you, but if you're set on having it, I would try it out in 36D, especially because it doesn't even stretch to your tight ribcage measurement. If you want to keep it for whatever reason, an extender would be best if it feels too tight on you. I would look for a shallower bra, like the Cleo Juna (6461) in 34E (or some other bra like the Lepel Fiore Plunge (93200) , which is a good cheap option for shallow breasts in your size).

helpfulI don't think this bra is suited for you, either.
Band is for sure too tight,it would need to measure at least 34" stretched.
While I second Jillsas's recommendations, one of the bras that worked for me when I was smaller and shallower was one like this, the photo shows a bigger one than the 34E,though.The band on this one is pretty stretchy,no need to size up,mine stretches 4 inches more than the band number.Cups run true to size.He does ship to the US,just ask,and if you wish to try a different size,he might have it.

helpfulI just bought the same bra in 34F. I normally wear 34E, so I had to size up in the cup for it to fit, and I'm thinking about getting an extender, so you're not the only person having issues with a too-tight band with that bra. I am also a bit more full on top than on bottom. If you buy another Cleo, I would size up in the band but down in cup, so get a 36D. I would also look for one more suited for full on bottom breasts, like the Lucy.
I think you also need a bra with wider wires. Try Wacoal. The wires are quite wide and they're built for full on bottom breasts. Curvy Kate and Elomi are also supposed to have wider wires.

helpfulI sized up in the band for this bra, and kept the equivalent cup size. For example, I got a 38E instead of a 36F. I find I pretty much have to do this with all of Panache's line. The bra should fit your larger side with no gaping, so I'd say the cup is also too big.
That being said, I don't think this is a good shape on you. I have pretty round, deeply projected breasts and I barely fill out this bra. For someone a little more on the shallow side, I doubt you are going to get a good fit out of it no matter the size. I'd definitely try some of the shallower styles recommended by other users!

The cup size is too big, and the top is too open. The top was way too open on me too when I tried the same style. I also think you need a wider gore. You might be one of the lucky ones that can wear 34-36 D-DD.
