Issue resolved
My size has changed a little since this problem, but I think it will go back. Thanks for all the great advice!
Original problem
I'm not sure the bra fits, as in the description, the fitter/salesperson I worked with told me that the stretchy lace on top could be pulled over the bust where there was some top spillage. Also there is minor spillage on the side and possible tugging on the band. I wonder if I'd need to size up in the cup or if this is the best I'd get in this model? What do you think? This is a 28F, I had 30Gs but downsized when I lost weight (they don't seem to fit at all). But I may have gained a little of the weight back. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

helpfulI think one cup size up would be better. The Andorra runs a cup size small, and is full coverage, so you shouldn't have much cleavage. The stretch lace is good for small fluctuations in size, but it looks like you have some quadboob happening in some of the pictures.

helpfulI had similar problems in the purple full cup Andorra. I had to go up one cup size, from 30F to 30FF, to solve them. Most of my bras are 30F. I agree with the other commenters to go up a cup size. If you feel you've gained back some weight, you may want to consider trying a band size up as well as a cup size up. If you have the chance to do so, you may want to try on a 28FF as well as a 30F.

helpfulAndorra used to run small, now it runs quite large. The purple one in particular ran even smaller than other colors, so you really can't compare the two.
From the pics, it actually looks to me like you are wearing the bra a bit low. How much space is there between the fold below your breasts and the wires? Pulling it higher might eliminate the slight bulge.
ALso I wear Andorra almost every day. I have found that after I gather my breast tissue in, I have to settle it into the cups a little to avoid bulging at the top, as I am very full and soft there, but firmer below.

helpfulI'd go up a size. The black andorra runs smaller than the other andorras.

The back band looks to be pulling a little but that may stretch over time. Also, looking at the picture of your back, I'd imagine the straps would be too wide for your shoulders if you went up a band size. As long as the band is firm but comfortable I would just go up a cup size.
It looks like it is sitting nicely in the front on photos but the side photo looks like your breast is not in the underwire. Your breast is spilling out the side in an awkward way and not providing you with any side support.
Wearing a bra where your breast tissue hangs out of the underwire on the sides may cause some of your breast tissue to migrate more under your arms. It's a very pretty bra though and seems to suit your figure nicely. Hope you can find some more luck with the 28FF. -
I didn't notice that. Actually, my guess is going up a band size to 30F might solve her problems. Bands behave strangely. To small they dig into your armpits and too large they fall off your shoulders. 30 might be a sweet spot for her though.

helpfulAgree with the ladies above. I think you need to go one size larger and you should be in good shape!

helpfulIt looks like you have only a little spillage. I would say go up one cup size. You might, though, find the cups too wide at that point.

Totally disagree. Andorra only "runs a size small" if you have FOB boobs, but in 2013, they changed Andorra and now it runs a size bigger than it used to.
Nor is it full-coverage. I get really epic Mari Antoinette style cleavage from Andorra.
