helpfulFor sure go down a cup size at the very least. Maybe two. Additionally, I'd look into some shallower bras since from here at least, it looks like you have shallow breasts. What are your measurements?

I have a 38 DDD soft cup bra, the cups are to small

Naturally that's too small. 38H would naturally be too large, since H is an 11 inch difference (in theory) between the underbust and the bust. I'd look for 38G (UK) just based on those measurements alone. People here seem to like the sizemapp calculator. It doesn't work for me, but it might for you: http://www.sizemapp.com/en/

helpfulYou might want to try a bra with less coverage, such as a balconette bra, which usually works better on full on bottom breasts.

helpfulI would try going down a band size and a cup size or two, if you have a lot of of soft tissue where the band sits it might be due to migrated breast tissue which you should be able to swoop and scoop in to the bra in a tight enough bra. Try a 36H or a 36GG and try swooping and scooping the tissue surrounding the breasts into the cup.

You are right about the band size. It longer than the 38's of some of my other bras. I am not sure that it is the right style for any way.
Thanks for the suggestions.
