Issue resolved
Thanks for the help!
Original problem
This is the first bra I have tried on in a long time that fits in the cups. Everything "fits" but I still have the center gore issue. This is the narrowest center gore I could find, but you can still tell that my breast tissue is getting squashed in the center because I don't have any separation. Also, there is too much fabric right under the armpit that isn't held by wire(3rd picture). I am confused by this...it's a little baggy at the side/top area right there.
Finally, even though this band size should fit, and it feels fine standing and walking around, everytime I sit down the band slides down my ribcage in the front and digs in to the top of my stomach. What does that mean?

helpfulMy thoughts from the fit issues you're describing and your pictures is that the bra lacks sufficient depth where you need it most. While by numbers alone, it's probably okay, I think some of the depth has been lost in overly wide wires. The crease at the top of your breasts on the outside corner says that your breasts are being pressed up against your chest and to the sides to fit into the cup. I have the trouble with bras digging in because of inadequate depth a lot. The other thing which might be causing the slide is that Cleo bras only have 2 hooks at the back. It's honestly not very much to hold everything in place with heavy breasts. I notice you have a bit of taper to your ribcage, so I'm not sure if you'd find it possible and more comfortable to wear a slightly longer band higher up, which would give you a higher band to cup ratio, which tends to translate to less pressure and slightly narrower cups. I can't really see from the pictures how high you're wearing your bra, so this may actually not be feasible.
I'd say the sizing and cut you've got is close, but not spot on. The Marcie certainly looks wearable if not perfect as long as you find it comfortable.
Gores are ridiculous, as I think almost every woman who wears a J cup and up has essentially no space between their breasts and would benefit from having the wires vertical almost all the way down the gore, but no company does this. If you can sew, I'd suggest taking the gore in. It's easy and reversible (if you wanted to resell something and were worried about this).
I'd second the recommendations of Jasmine, Envy and Boudoir Beau for being supportive and working reasonably well in this size range on fuller on top/even breasts. Until bra companies get better in touch with their demographics, all bras HH cup and up leave something something to be desired, but some cuts are better than others. You could also give Ewa Michalak or Comexim a shot if you'd like, the cups tend to be narrow and deep in comparison to most British models.

helpfulI got the sliding down band when I was in too tight of a band to wear it at the proper height. It's possible that it could be a wire issue, especially if they are too tall or if the cups are too shallow in the bottom. I would say you're approaching a good fit, but it's not good yet. I would look at a narrow deeper bra with slightly shorter wires, but in this size and a size up (the Marcie runs large). I would try the Jasmine or the Envy just on the basis that it often works better than most things in your size range. There's even two listings here so it won't be that too hard to get a hold of. Maybe the Bravissimo Boudoir Beau would also be a good option.

helpfulI agree with Ereshiy on the depth of the cup. You could do with either a deeper cup or with a size up, 30JJ. Hard to say which.
Panache Jasmine and Bravissimo Boudoir Beau are good. Panache Envy is AFAIK wider and shallower, so probably not a good idea. Instead I would recommend Panache Floris, which is the same cut as Marcie but goes up to a K.
Sadly I am not that knowledgeable in your size range. Normally I would recommend Fantasie bras, but sadly they get all wonky in your size range. The only exception I know is the Fantasie Kara Fullcup bc it has harder wires, maybe you can track it down on ebay.co.uk or so.

Thanks! That is super helpful. Yeah, I wore the bra all day yesterday and the wires really started digging in under my arms--something I didn't notice when trying it on originally. They are definitely too wide. I will try your recommendations.
