helpfulDoes it fit? We can't tell you... Only you know! It looks fine under clothes. Is it comfortable? Is it brand new, suggesting that it may ride up over time when it warms up and stretches? I see you have a very small ribcage, but depending how you are shaped, bands may ride up more or less easily.
The wire poking and strap placement may be helped by sizing down to a 28FF. Looking at your side shot, it appears the wire is going quite far back on your torso, and since the cup depth is the same or greater as your own perimeter, you could probably afford to size down. Is there room in the cup at the side or underneath? If the G is too big, this could also be affecting the way the band feels and creating the impression it's too big--an FF would feel more snug.

Sorry, I hit Post prematurely... see my 2nd paragraph above. You might be able to play with cup size to see if that helps.
I think Panache does some 26 bands? The Polish bra makers also do, usually.
-
wendybien there is hardly any room left at the side or underneath.
-
wendybien thanks. I will try. Is this type of bra shape fits me or not?
-
Can you quantify 'hardly any'? For me (32G) if there is 1.5" between my outer breast crease and the underwire, sometimes it means I need to size down. In your size range, everything is on a smaller scale so even a 1" difference can be significant.
To make it easier I usually remove the bra, compress the breast gently to locate the breast crease and note how far it is from the underwire's imprint on my skin.
-
If it is comfortable, then it is a good shape for you! These contoured cups mean we can't see what the breast is doing inside the cups, so you have to rely on your own perception of how it feels.
-
wendybien it's nearly perfectly underneath my own breast crease. Maybe less then 0.5cm
-
wendybien I think that it's quite comfortable despite of the band is too loose and the straps are too separated
-
Then probably your only concern is the band stretching over time. You should check out the alterations discussions on here--if you can learn to alter 28s, you will have far more choices than if you try to buy only 26s (for now--hopefully in the next couple years more brands will get a clue!)

helpfulIt looks like you have the straps shortened all the way. Sometimes, that means that the cup is too large... but it can also just mean that you have very high-set breasts and need shorter straps.
With your ribcage measurement, I'd definitely try to find at least a tight 28FF/G, if not a 26G/GG or 24GG/H. Most brands that make 24 and 26 bands run a size or two tight, though... so you'll probably just end up finding a tight 28FF/G. In my experience Panache bands (not Cleo) tend to run tight. Some Parfait bras also run snug in the band, but only the Charlotte is currently available in a 28 band.

helpfulOne thing I do not like about this bra is the straps are so wide apart on me that if it wasn't for that I would actually like this bra. Other than that I think it looks really good on you! I would have it professionally altered for the band and strap issues. After that it would be A+++ on you. Good luck!

Nayanya thanks! But I don't know how or where can I alter it

The band is easy if I can do it you can too. There's also tutorials on how to do strap replacement. I've read a little and am still planning on how I am going to try to alter straps on at least half of the bras I have. I was thinking since it's double whammy with I would try to find tailor, seamstress, because it just fits you so good and I wouldn't want to mess up that bra. Or you could practice altering on old bras that you don't really care about. Either by hand or with a sewing machine. I just got a 34 D bra for $4.00 on eBay just so I could practice altering bands some more so that I could actually wear it after I'm done. I need bigger needles for my sewing machine, because I bent one while making a band smaller. But I can do it by hand for now. I want to be a seamstress/tailor so I can make bras fit women the way they want them to. There are tutorials on fixing straps and bands though. I've seen a couple. I bet if you ask whoever knows on bratabase will let you know. I also want to know where the tutorials are because I need to learn/practice more on bras. If you can't find a professional to do it. I know someone ripped out seams where the straps were and disconnected the straps and then re sewed them on the top of the cups where they wanted them. Making bands smaller is easier. Actually it's really easy if you do it the way (I think she is brasihateandlove) abbreviated BIHAL did it. I'm pretty sure that's the tutorial I saw that was easy. I'm pretty sure that it was BIHAL. GOOD LUCK! :)

It looks quite big in the cup. The deco bra is designed to sit your breasts up nicely and give a more round shape. From the pictures it seems like you are not filling the cups out at all. Perhaps try the 28F. The band may also feel bigger because of the enormous cups. I would try two sizes down in the cups. This may bring your straps in, tighten your band and give you a much better look in the cup. You could probably fit your whole fist in the cups of that bra from the looks. An indication that it is not a good size for you. Hope that helps.

helpfulI suggest taking a closer look at the bottom of the cup to see if you are filling it... I just got this bra and I have a similar issue with it being too wide, although it doesn't bother me without the straps. It's hard to tell from your pictures, but in one it looks like you have a crease at the bottom of one of the cups which could be caused by extra space. My rib measurement is a 26, and freya is just too big for me... And I don't just mean that the band is too wide, but in the larger cup sizes it feels like the bras are made for women who have bigger frames than I do in general. I think it's a great bra, but if it doesn't fit then it may not work.
Despite my fit issues with it, I'm wearing it and it's not too bad. I NEED a strapless bra and it gives such a great shape. Even if it doesn't fit you perfectly, it may be worth keeping until you find something better.

helpfulMy 28G Freya Deco also rides up a little in the back and I think it's a little bit of the sacrifice 28s have to make with Freyas slightly loose bands, unfortunately!
I've also noticed personally that some bras that poke me under the arms get more comfortable after a month or so.
I have to second other commenters, though, and ask how you feel in it - is it comfortable after a couple of hours? Do you like how it looks under clothes? It looks really good in the photos but if you feel like you are constantly uncomfortable or having to adjust, then I'd suggest trying something else.If you're looking for a tighter band, Panache has pretty small ones, as does Ewa Michalak. Lulu Tout, from Figleaves, is also REALLY tight, so I totally recommend trying them. I'm a small 28 (27ish) but my Lulu Tout is almost too tight for me.

wendybien it's new. I have a really small ribcage and a boney back. Where can I get a 26 band bra?
