Issue resolved
I'm either return the bra or see if there is a way to remove the side supports.
Original problem
I love the looks of this bra, but as you can hopefully see, I can't fill the bottoms of the cups. This is strange, because my breasts are full on the bottom. What's happening? Would a different size correct this fit issue?

helpfulYour breasts being full on bottom may actually be what's causing this issue--it looks to me like reverse orange-in-a-glass. (Do we have a catchy name for this? Carrot-in-a-teacup?) If your breasts need more immediate projection than a cup provides, they can cause the fabric at the bottom of the cup to gape and buckle and/or push the wires down your body.
Some of the comments to the Butterfly Collection post about wearing your bra too low (http://blog.butterflycollection.ca/2012/11/are-you-wearing-your-bra-too-low.html) mention this (and probably explain it better than I can.)
Is the wire sitting in your inframammary fold? If not, does pulling it up improve the fit?

helpfulI agree with your diagnosis... the side supports are doing weird things here. Where does the outside of the wire sit on you? How far from the outer breast crease on your side? If the wire fits you well, you might be able to perform surgery and remove (or at least disable) the side supports.

So, after further examination, I think this issue is entirely the fault of the side supports. The wires are a good width for me. I wouldn't want them any wider, but the gaping doesn't seem to be caused by too wide wires.

helpfulWhat a pretty bra! You could try going down a cup size. I would also just make sure that the underwires are as close to under my breasts as possible, to make sure you're not filling it because it's too low.

I tried raising the straps. It does help a bit. Thanks. I think the side supports are rigid and that's what is causing this to happen so obviously. I don't think sizing down is a possibility, however, because my larger breast is almost too big for this bra. Wah wah

It is in my inframammary fold--weird, right?
