Original problem
The size 30 band fits fine. The cups give a strange shape under clothes. I feel like it makes my breasts look somewhat pointy. So not very flattering. The straps feel fine when I'm standing but if I move around they sometimes slide off the shoulder.
What do you guys think?
I haven't found the right size or bra for me yet. This is the first one I ever tried that wasn't 32A.

That happens to me too
I have a wide root and shallow breasts and bras that aren't shallow enough seem to get closed off at the top and make me look all pointy. Updated on June 6, 2014 Flag this

What you need is either a 30 band bra with a firmer band or a 28 band bra with a loose band. If your underbust is 28" you will need either a loose 28 or a tight 30. Also, if you feel pointy you need a shallower bra with wider underwires.

helpfulI think the 'pointy' is the FOT sad boob effect, where your nipple is stuffed down. I get the same thing. Orange on a plate instead of orange in a glass?

Tried the Betsey Johnson bras and they were actually way too wide for me and flattened me out. After doing some searching it seems that my breasts are FOT and bras that are for shallow breasts are too shallow for me
