Original problem
This is one of my best fitting bras!. But the band still rides up my back and after wearing it a bit I have to scoop my boob again as the underwire is uncomfortable. When I do this sometimes I get a gap in the top inside corner of the bra, but I'm also falling out the front of the bra. Also the straps and band are adjusted as tight as they go and its still loose. there is slight padding in the outside edge of the bra. Like I said of the bras I have found this is one of the best fitting but it still has issues :/

helpfulI suggest you try out the bra size calculator at /abrathatfits on reddit as a starting point. http://www.brasizecalculator.tk/ It explains proper fitting better than I could!
It appears that you are wearing a bra that has a band that is too big and cups that are too small, which is probably the most common problem women face when wearing an ill-fitting bra. To be short and sweet, I would suggest looking at European bras because US bras really aren't that great; bad structure and an extremely limited size range. Try a 30 band, ignore the age-old "add four inches" rule when finding your band size. Stay away from "plunge" style bras because you have softer breast tissue that falls into the center. Look for bras with taller center gores.
Definitely do more research on proper bra fitting, and I wish you luck on your bra searching journey! Let me know if you need any more help.Updated on June 10, 2014 Flag this

Yikes! Yeah, popping out the bottom should not happen with a bra that is even close to a decent fit. When you find bras that are better sized for you, you won't be restricted to plunges, which are not usually an easy fit for people with inner fullness as Slava mentioned.
I also would start in a 30-32 FF or G, preferably something deep and narrowish such as an unpadded Cleo for instance. You COULD be an H, or GG... it's possible. On the other hand when you are very narrow and projected, most bra calculators have a tendency to overestimate your size, so don't assume that any of these results are set in stone.
Where are you able to shop in person?

gotch! i plan on going to nordstrom tomorrow and i can try stuff on then! ill let everyone know how it goes.

Every one has done a great job addressing your fit issues with this bra but I have just one additional comment. Stay away from Aerie's sizing calculator. I have several of their bras and like them, but when I use their calculator it tells me I don't need a bra and I wear a 34B in most Aerie bras and even a 32C in some.
Definitely take a look some of the other styles the others have recommended, I don't think a plunge push up is the right type of bra for you, something with a taller center gore is probably going to work better.

Your measurements and shape are similar to mine and I'm a pretty solid 30G right now. It looks like you have a short root (vertical height of your breast base) and like wendybien said, calculators tend to overestimate our size, with this sort of narrow, projected shape. I'd say the bra here is about 1 or 2 cup sizes small, but the cup depth indicates this style may run large. I'd try 30G or 32FF.

Another 30G here. Congrats on being in just about the hardest bra size to get a good fit in. lol. As I'm sure you've noticed, and as has been commented on, other fit issues aside, this bra is way too shallow at the bottom of the cup for you, which forces it downward. I'm thinking unlined Cleos and Unlined Freyas will be a good place for you to start, as they're brands that generally have reasonable depth at the bottom, and will give you a good idea of where to go from there.
I also get an overestimate from calculators due to a host of shape considerations I won't make your brain explode with, but sufficed to say the ABTF calculator puts me in a 30H-HH, and I'm actually a 30G (sometimes 28GG - Freya runs big in the band, so if you find these come up loose on you, don't be afraid to try going down a band and up a cup).
The only calculator other than ABTF that comes up even remotely close for me is the one at Sophisticated Pair. Just remember, calculators are just a starting point. Once you're in something closer to your real size, you'll be able to see better where things are going wrong, since it will be just one or two things, not EVERYthing, as you can see from your list of problems about this bra.
You will find - as mentioned above - that in your proper size you will be pleasantly surprised by styles of bra that have never worked for you before.
If you don't have a shop that carries this size locally, then I suggest Amazon as a good option at this stage. Many of their bras have free shipping and free returns, and you will likely have to go through several exchanges as you find the right fit. There are lots of other wonderful options for where to buy bras (depending on where you're located), but at this stage, stick to places where you can send back bras that don't fit properly without too much hassle.

helpfulIt looks seems like you'd do better in a 32F or 30FF that works well on full on bottom breasts. I think you'd do decently in a 30FF Freya Arabella (5721) or any of the bras with the same cut. Freya in general has the potential to work well on your full on bottom breasts. Bravissimo's unpadded balconettes also work pretty well (the Alana in 32F wouldn't be a bad place to start).

helpfulWell the band is definitely too big, and I'd say the cup is too small. A 32E (DDD in some places) would be the same volume in a smaller band. I'd try at least one cup up (32F) or two (32FF) and evaluate from there. You could also even go down to a 30FF or 30G for a firmer band. If you're near a Nordstrom or Dillard's those are great places to check.

Two bra calculators i tried said i was Uk 30GG, 30K which is a us 30K. I didn't think of Nordstrom! Ill deff go there and see.
-
It's possible that 30GG is your correct volume, but oftentimes, due to shape, women with full on bottom breasts don't fill out the top of bras as well as in their measured size. It's much easier to evaluate fit by sight rather than by numbers and calculators.

it says I'm a 30 GG but another website someone suggested says I'm a uk 30H and US 30K.... The reason i go for the plunge is they often don't cut into my armpit :/ but then i pop out the bottom (which i usually rectify with a camisole).
