Issue resolved
Still searching for the perfect fit but the answers helped me realise what to look for in a good fit.
Original problem
I have been wearing a 32a/34a size for years and have alwats had fitting issues. It is only recently I have realised the band was way too big and the cups far too small. I've recently been buying different types of bras in the size I now believe I am 28dd/30d. This band size is much better but I still have issues on the cups. The juna gives quad boob when I scoop and swoop and the bottom on the cups are not completely filled. As soon as I move, the tissue scooped moves back out of the cups and when I have my arms in front they still gape really badly. I have also included the curvy kate elegance and curvy kate desire as I thought a plunge shape may work better but whilw the cups are filled at the bottom better I still get the gaping. I dontknow where to go now. Any suggestions would be grgreatly appreciated as this is so frustrating.

helpfulTry one cup size up in the Juna. If the cup is too small, the breast tissue cannot be contained in the cups. Also the wires will be too narrow if the cup is too small (therefore they cannot hold the breast tissue).
If you have the same issue with the Juna in 28E, I'd suggest to try looking for bras with wider wires. Check out the list of bras for wide root shallow boobs! http://www.bratabase.com/profile/65y/adventures/2346/Updated on June 9, 2014 Flag this

helpfulI very much agree with bracrastination that the wires are poorly dimensioned for you and are not secured under/outside the breast, and end up sitting on your breasts instead of cupping them (hence gapping as boobs are being squished under wires instead of boosted and contained by them).
This could be a wire width issue--indeed when I look at the photos from the front the cups on at least 2 of these bras look like they are sitting too far inside the lines of your body i.e. they do not extend wide enough to contain you. You could probably use a wider cup/wider wires. However, when choosing and trying on bras I also would advise thinking about gore width and cup placement. The Juna has a gore which is too narrow for you, I believe, which can be seen if you compare to the photos of the white bra with lace edging, which has a much wider gore--you will notice that's also the bra which extends out wider on the sides and therefore is more successful in containing and supporting your tissue. Check the measurements on this site, but I'm not sure that the next size up in the Juna will help this gore width problem--you might need to just move on to a wider-gore bra design altogether.
When you're trying to find a fit in cups that are too close-set for you, this tends to force you to go for larger and larger cups in pursuit of the wire width that will encompass the full span of both breasts' tissue. However, this means that you can easily end up in cups that, while they do reach the outer edge of your breasts, are also now too deep and tall for you, and ironically also too wide in the sense that there is space near the gore that you will not fill (because of the wider separation between your breasts).

helpfulI would suggest a bra that is made for people who have far-apart breasts:
My recommendations:
Betsey Johnson Stocking Stripe Demi 30D
