Original problem
I'm currently searching for the right bra for me.I seem to have shallow breasts so it hasn't been easy finding the right size or style. This bra is so comfortable but it does not fit me properly. When I first put it on without scooping or swooping I can already fill the cups, as son as I scoop and swoop I get a quad-boob effect. Should I get it in another size? Is this the right type of bra for me? I need all the help I can get so any bra recommendations would be appreciated. Also, could you check out my other two posts?

helpfulYes. Unless it's sitting a mile too low (easy to check--push or pull the wire until it nestles firmly in your underbreast crease) this is clearly too small in the cup. If the band feels good, try a 30DD!

helpfulSome combination of the following may be happening.
1. you are really a 30DD and need to get a bra in that size.
2. you are shallow
3. you are full on top and need to get a bra that caters to that shapeSome recommendations:
Betsey Johnson Eyelet Lace Demi 30DD
Betsey Johnson Stocking Stripe Demi
b.tempt'd b.wow'd 30DD
Cleo Marcy (this will only work if you are full on top AND not shallow)

I tried this same bra in a 30DD and I think it was still small for me. I might get it a size up later but for now I have purchased the demi version of the same style in this size. I've done some research and it seams as though my breasts are not as shallow as I thought. The ay appear to be slightly shallow but mostly just full on top. Bras that are too shallow don't seem to fit me well.
I tried the Betsey Johnson Stocking Stripe Demi in 30DD and I believe that the cups were a little too wide for me. The straps had to be adjusted all the way and they were too far apart. I'm thinking of trying it a size down but I feel that the cups would maybe be too small.

For people who are full on top, not shallow, and need non-wide underwires, I would go with the following:
Cleo Marcy
Curvy Kate Tease Me
Curvy Kate Thrill Me

helpfulDefinitely too small, try a cup size up. It could also be that you have very full on top boobs, or tall roots, in which case I recommend something that's more open on top. Cleo Marcie is supposed to be good for FOTs, but it's also very projected, at least in the larger sizes. I'm not in your size range, so I'm not sure what would work for you. Hope you find a good fit!

Agreed - tall roots are the most likely I think rather than a classic FOT, though it's a feature that doesn't have one solution. For me, I like half cups such as Freya Lauren half cup and clones, Masquerade Antoinette and Cleo Juna is okay too.

Tried the 30DD. I think it might still be small for me.
