Original problem
I know this bra does not fit me properly but I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for bras that have a similar cup shape. I have had trouble finding a bra that fits and does not flatten me out or gives a weird shape under clothes. this bra has a loose band and the straps are so long that the only way it fits is if I use the hook that crosses it. Under clothes this bra looks good despite the fact that it's not my size which is why I want something similar.
These are the other bras I've tried so far.If you could take a look at those and comment I would appreciate it.

helpfulCleo Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) in size 32D (my review here: 32D - Cleo » Neve Plunge T-shirt Bra (7196) ). It is the same type of bra -- a nude t-shirt bra with molded lightly lined cups. Normally you will need a 28 or 30 band, but the Neve runs very tight in the band (at least in the smaller band sizes it does).
I'm a similar size to you and I've also had luck with the B.tempt'd By Wacoal How Gorgeous T-shirt Bra (953119) (my review here: 30D - B.tempt'd By Wacoal » How Gorgeous T-shirt Bra (953119) ). It's also a molded lightly lined bra (that seems to be what you're going for) and it comes in some fun colors. You might need a 30DD in this one... only comparing your measurements and trying one will tell for sure. The bonus is that if you live near any "better" department stores (Macy's, Nordstrom, Dillard's, Lord and Taylor, etc.) you stand a decent chance of finding one locally and trying it in person before buying.
Lastly, if you like the push-up look, try the B.tempt'd By Wacoal B.wow'd Push Up Bra (958187) . The band on this runs slightly loose so a 30 may or may not fit you --- worth a try though if you're into it. I don't use it for all-day, everyday wear but it's fun to have around. (my review here: 30D - B.tempt'd By Wacoal » B.wow'd Push Up Bra (958187) )
Good luck!

helpfulSo the straps and band are no good but would you say that the cups are the right dimensions for you? Or does it look good under clothes mainly because it's a contoured cup (Which conceals iffy fit in many cases)?
If the cup fit is imperfect (such as the gaping here, or the gore not tacking) due to other things such as the loose band or a too-wide gore, you can pin those to the right size and see if it works better. That helps you see if the cup is good or not.
If you find a bra where the cup is perfect you can then search by measurements on here and browse around to see which other bras have similar dimensions. It can give a good starting point for trying things on.

Hmm I think the cups are the right dimension. I'll try pinning and see how that goes. Thank you. :)

Good luck. Don't pin yourself :-P

helpfulIt's really hard to see what's going on with the cups because they're moulded. They are gaping badly, however, which could be because they're the wrong volume, but with a band this loose on you that's going to be difficult to tell.
I'm not familiar with what's available in your size range, so I don't have a lot of suggestions, but I'll try my best.
From looking at your previous fitting requests, you seem to be looking for moulded/padded bras, so I'd suggest you take a look at the Cleo Maddie -- around 28E (if they make 28 bands?) or 30DD. I wouldn't go over a 30 band, it will simply be too loose for you.
Can I ask why you keep sizing up in the band, rather than sizing up in the cup? Did you find the band too tight? The Juna looked too small in the cup to me, the Parfait by Affinitas was definitely too small in the cup; did you try the next cup up in either of them? A too-small cup will make the band feel too tight.
I'd also encourage you to at least try an unlined/unpadded aka seamed bra. It's so much easier to see any fit issues and to pinpoint your specific needs. Perhaps Claudette Dessous? It's excellent for shallow breasts, although they don't make 28 bands and their bands are stretchy, so it may not be a great suggestion.

Actually I'm not sizing up,the thing is that I got this one before realizing I needed a smaller band size. I decided to add this one here to get some extra feedback. :)
I think the gaping is actually because of the band and the straps and not the actual cup. If I scoop and swoop I fill them in just fine but once I move it all comes out again. -
Ah, ok, that makes sense! And it makes sense that the cups can't hold on to your scooped and swooped tissue: the band is simply too lose to let the underwire do it's job.
Have you considered the Freya halfcups? I think the padded halfcup cut (the summer range includes patsy, totally tartan and the longlines, I think, which are all very open on too; the Lauren family are a little more closed on top) in 28DD/E might potentially work very well for you. You seem to potentially have a tall root and/or upper fullness, judging by previous fit request photos (although a too-small cup may have been exaggerating that), so open or lightly-closed top cup edges will suit.

Thank you for all the suggestions, I'll definitely try them. :)
