Issue resolved
Wrong bra for me. I'm going to exchange it with another member for something smaller in the band and hopefully more shallow in the cup. Thanks for the help!
Original problem
Its just. ..not right. The cups are wrinkling and not filled at the top, theres pointy look happening. What is wrong with this? Also, I need to go down in the band; it wants to ride up. Is that the problem with the cup? Or are my breasts too soft for this bra? Something else?
ETA: I'm having this wrinkly cup problem in varying degrees with all 3 New bras I got today. The wires for the most part seem to be the right length, but I think my breasts are too shallow for the cup depth? Does that sound right? I'm bummed; 2 out of 3 New bras that definitely need returned.

A smaller band size would stop the bra from moving around. Try a 32. Also, a smaller cup size would most likely eliminate or at least reduce the wrinkling of the cup and the bad shape and poor support it gives you. Try a 32E or possibly even a 32 DD. I would also suggest double checking your measurements.

I can't tell from the first photo, but from the front-photo, it looks like it might not be pulled up all the way. Are the underwires at the crease of your breast? If you can pull it up, a cup size down might work for you. If not, it might be the wrong shape.

I pulled up as much as I could right before I took the pic, but the band is loose enough that there might be some slipping.

I've double and triple checked my measurements. The only thing there was that my nip to neck was a tiny bit off. I'm starting to fear that I just can't wear unmolded cups.
