Bra fitting help » How too small is the cup?

Issue resolved
Going to try to exchange this for a 30F.
Original problem
The band on this is great, and the cup looks okay from the front (until I scoop and swoop, which doesn't want to stay scooped anyway). Also it really flattened my breasts on the sides. Obviously the cup is too small, but I'm not sure if I need to go up one size or two.

I would try a 30 F because this bra looks good on you. It is just too small in the cups. It is a very beautiful bra.

I would definitely go up a cupsize. Also maybe look at something with a taller gore to give your breasts more support. Just cause it looks like you got some spillage towards to the center but maybe that would be fixed with a larger cup size.
Thanks! It is a gorgeous bra, and I really wanted it to work, but the squishing on the side (which is a lot more obvious in person than in the pics) is just too bad :( Just wanted to make sure that sizing up just one cup size is the way to go before I try again.
