Issue resolved
Thanks for the feedback! This is the most comfortable, stable bra I've tried yet. I'm keeping it, and I'll try altering the cup to fit my smaller breast at some point.
Original problem
I'm new at this, but I think this might be my first well-fitted bra! I was worried that this size wouldn't fit because the cup depth is more than my breast perimeter, but I may have measured my perimeter wrong. Are there any fit issues that I can't see? Any tips for correctly measuring my breast perimeter?
I've also tried the Marcie in 28D. It held my swooped/scooped tissue better, but I bulged around both sides of the diagonal seam.
Fit issue 1: I've shown a close-up of wrinkles in the upper portion of the bra on my smaller side. Can anyone recommend a simple alteration that might help with this? I have to adjust the strap tight on that side to get the lace to lay flat.
Fit issue 2: I think the wires are the correct width for my larger side, but too wide for my smaller side (I can see some wrinkles, and I don't feel a lot of breast tissue there.) I don't think this is a problem. Any other impressions?
I appreciate any suggestions you might have!

helpfulI think it looks really good on you. The wires don't look too wide to me. It looks like a good fitting very pretty bra to me. I would keep it.

helpfulI think the fit looks really good! To answer your fit issue #1 more specifically: I actually posted a fit check myself for a sister bra, Cleo Natasha at ABTF (reddit) yesterday. I have similar wrinkling in the top of the lace in my 28FF, and the ladies were amazingly helpful and suggested this alteration manual: http://imgur.com/a/6IlDI
I haven't tried to do the alterations yet, but it does not seem all too difficult! I'd say this bra is definitely a keeper!

helpfulIt looks fairly good, maybe a tad too deep for you. Perhaps you can try a 30D in this to fix the wire issue (if they're not comfortable), and then for the cup issue you can do this alteration: http://brasihate.blogspot.com/2012/08/how-to-make-pointy-bra-round.html
