Issue resolved
Decided this bra isn't gonna work and will try other suggested bras. Thanks for the help
Original problem
I'm lost on what's wrong... The cup digs in standing but leaning the fit is better. I fill the cup out and the band is fine. Do I need to size up, down, or just wrong all together?!?!

helpfulI think it could be the style of the bra. It looks as though you have more center projection than this bra wants you to have. This bra looks like it wants to smoosh your boobs down on your torso and out towards the sides of your torso, but your boobs want to stay higher up and more centered, so they are fighting one another. Might just not be the bra for you. If anyone can step in and correct me, please do!
Otherwise, based on your measurements, I might recommend going down in the band and up in the cup.

helpfulI second Kjralon's suggestion, I really think that it would benefit you if you went down a band size and up a cup size. Your horizontal perimeter shows that you need a cup that has 9 inches of depth, and this bra only has 8 so I really think that it would benefit you to go up a cup size. Additionally, your under bust measurements suggest that you should try on a bra that has a band length of 28 inches, rather than 30. Cleo's bands are true to size, and my concern is that if you decide to keep this bra, then the band will stretch out too much for you and then you will have spent your money on a bra that was less than an amazing fit for you. Ultimately the choice is yours though (:

It fits sister-in-law better so I'll probably give it to her. And I'll look into the Minnie and Lily thanks :)

helpfulToo wide straps or too wide cups. The cups look too wide and too separated. The cups are too closed on the top which is good for FOB and wide set also. The bra is on your center breast tissue and that is normal. Most women don't like this style unless they are shallow. FOB and prefer wide set cups.

And that's were part of my bra trouble is... I keep getting told I'm Shallow (I think mostly due to being in a 30 band) and FOB... I bought this bra awhile ago because it was "great for FOB and shallow" then when it didn't fit I was told it was because I was shallow.
Why do boobs and bras have to be so confusing...

I just wanted to add that like you I have some center projection and the Cleo Minnie and Cleo Lily do amazing jobs at controlling it, i.e. your center projection. If you find that you have a slight issue with plunge bras (even though they are really awesome for letting that inner fullness range free, you might want to have a bra that can contain that tissue some more), then I just wanted to let you know about some of the other options in the Cleo line that you might like as well.
