helpfulHave you scoop and swooped into the bra? I agree that it looks like it doesn't fit very well, and isn't very flattering, but that's a very common problem with soft cups. Furthermore, with a fit like this it's hard to tell whether there are other issues. I think a G in this model is probably going to line up with an F in American sizes (A B C D DD E F FF G --> A B C D E F G) but the volume might be right.

You are right about soft cup bras I can scoop and swoop all day and the breast tissue just goes back were it was. I bought this bra because it was on sale for a good price. I need to stay with under wire bras, but they very so much in fit even with the same brand and style.

I swoop and scoop into soft cups and it makes a difference. The tissue doesn't just go back to wherever.

helpfulThis does not look like it fits properly. I'm no expert, so I can't tell how much of the trouble is in the size, and how much of it is that this style is not compatible with your shape.
I quite like soft-cup bras, and I *can* swoop and scoop into good quality ones - but that may only work for smaller breasts; I don't know. Almost all of my soft cup bras have a little strip of boning on the sides, located just where the end of the wires would be in an underwire bra. The boning really helps keep things in place and as a bonus, helps determine if the cups fit (too small if boning pushes on breast tissue / too big if boning is too far away from breast tissue). The only one I have without that boning is also too big in the band for me, and has a similarly unflattering fit (more downward squish than lift) to the one you've got on.The one you've got doesn't look like it has that boning, and you seem to have a lot of tissue resting at the side.
My favorite softcup bras are made by Anita/RosaFaia. They give excellent support and comfort (but are on the pricey side). I recommend trying one of those if you want to move away from wires.

Thanks for the comments. You are right when I pull the tissue forward it doesn't stay put (no side support) as and underwire bra does. I have ordered a Anita under wire 5490 online.
None of the stores in this area cary my size 38G or GG.

helpfulI don't think it fits well. I don't wear softcups, but my mum does. A good wireless fullcup is in fact pretty supportive.
Just as an example, this bra is a classic, even though a lot of people nowadays would criticise the brand:
http://uk.triumph.com/DOREEN/10004822,en_GB,pd.html&cgid=5000000#!i%3D8%26color%3D0003_White%26size%3D075_CI just think wireless bras doesn't always work well when they are shaped just like wired bras. They need a different construction.
Back to your bra, it doesn't seem to give you much support, so I think it's either wrong size or wrong construction. Or maybe both.

You can't really scoop and swoop into softcups. There's no wires to contain the breast tissue.
