Issue resolved
Getting a smaller band and larger cup size.
Original problem
This is the first bra in a while that seems to fit in the cups. My problem is that the band feels really painfully tight on the bottom, but too loose on the top. On the tightest setting, the lower elastic digs in, but it still slides down my torso over the course of the day--even though I always use the straps with this. It's so annoying because it makes me look like I have all of this back and stomach fat but I don't!! It just compresses all of my skin down to my stomach. Eww...
Also, the gore is too wide, as you can tell it is pushing down on my breast tissue and pushing them apart where they shouldn't be.
I have low breasts (the bottom root is more than halfway down my arm), no space between them and I am a small person (5'4")...according to Bratabase I should be wearing a 30J. I haven't had a chance to try one of those yet because I have no idea what style to look for with my shape.
I guess what I need to know from y'all is what style/brand will actually work for my small frame and huge boobs that are low-set with no space between them??
Thanks!

helpfulThis just doesn't suit shape at all. I disagree with mamax4 though. I think 32H and 30HH will do well in styles that suit your shape well (provided the 30 band is loose or the 32 is tight). I think you need tall wires, narrower gores, and more projection. Perhaps a bra like the Curvy Kate Portia will work (30HH). Some good beginner bras would be the Panache stretchy lace ones (Jasmine, Envy, Andorra, Clara).

helpfulSo, this bra is about two cup sizes too small. A 30J=32HH. Also, a deco is not the best bra to start out with because the molded/padded shape hides fit issues. I'm not an expert in your size range but here are what I know about some bras: Cleo Marcie is good to try if you are full on top, Cleo Lucy if you are full on bottom, Panache Andorra full cup is good for even shape or can accomodate the other shapes too. If you are set on a lined bra, maybe try Cleo Juna for FoT. Curvy Kate brands are good for FoT and have wide wires, where the Cleo brand is narrower.
It's hard to say from your pictures what your shape really is since this bra really doesn't fit at all. I hope this helps some!Updated on January 15, 2014 Flag this

helpfulIt also looks like the wires are too tall/wide. Strapless bras even with straps are weird. They're built with some kind of witchery that makes the bands hell and the cups slide down no matter what
