Issue resolved
I will try exchanging these bras for something in the 30G/ 32FF and repost if there are still issues. Thank you for the help!
Original problem
I'm pretty sure I ordered one band size too small (at least). Size ordered was 28GG but I received 28H. I picked this bra for fit help as it's a little more comfortable than the Marcie 28GG I also ordered.
The band on this bra feels ok when it's on, but leaves red marks after a short time. Primary issue is that the straps rub at the front of my arms. I'm not sure if this is a fit problem, or just the wrong bra/ style for me. I did scoop before photos, but have a little wrinkling in the bottom of the cup, and still had tissue outside the straps. Also, I felt like I could only scoop so much into the cups (I presume this will improve with time). Looking for suggestions on sizing, plus other styles that might have straps closer together.
I should add, I remeasured 3-4 times, so size was based on measurements slightly different from those here, used Sizem to come up with 28GG. My measurements shown are from today, pics from yesterday.

helpfulWith 30" comfortable ribcage and 32" loose you will do much better in a 30 or even in a 32 band in this particular style (note that the Marcie runs exceptionally tight).
The cups of a bra stretch with the band, and this has several negative consequences: a) The wires become overstretched and end up much too wide, and b) the straps are cutting in (stretched cups = cups extend around the ribcage = straps in the armpits). Both of these issues are visible in the pictures.
With a 30 or 32 band, the wires will be narrower and match the shape of your breast root better. Also the fit of the straps will improve. It's highly probable that you will need a smaller cup size in relation (let's say 30G / 32F-FF), because the cups are acting as a part of the band in the 28H, and therefore there is less volume available for the boob tissue than there should be (and the cups still aren't too small on you).
Apart from the sizing issues, I think the Marcie will fit you well shape-wise etc.

helpfulI think 30G would be a better fit on you for sure. Not sure about the shape.
