Issue resolved
Got a 30g
Original problem
Band fits great, but center gore doesn't tack. But if I push it in with my fingers, the cups fit perfect (no quadboob and no gaping). So I'm wonder if the cup is too small or if it's just the bra style. I'm sure if I go up a size it will be too big, as my left breast just fills the cup (you can see a slight wrinkle on the left cup that disappears if I make the gore tack). But I'm afraid if I go down a cup size it will be too small (I've already tried 2 other sports bras in G cups). I really wanted this bra to work for me, but I'm afraid it doesn't fit my shape/type. Any suggestions? Also, I still had much more bounce than I want (or can handle).

helpfulBased on the fact that you are high on chest and have a narrow root (like me), I would suggest you try the Lynx sports bra They have three different versions of it that I'm aware of (Sprint, Dart, Zoom), one small, one bigger, one that's even bigger. That's bust size. They also size their bands with 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8. I usually tell people to stay away from size tables since they usually suck donkey balls but I used theirs and it worked *really* well for me! I measured my bust circumference when I was wearing no bra, make sure not to indent the skin and measure at the fullest part of your bust, it doesn't matter if that's higher or lower up, just measure the biggest part
What makes me wary that it might not fit you is the fact that you have empty boobs (rather empty I see you have listed as a shape) and I have the exact opposite of that, *very* full boobs. You should be noted though that some bras fit women of different shapes equally as well, it depends on the bra and the woman I think you should give it a go! If I were you I'd go with the size your measurements suggest and then perhaps order a second bra with the same band size but one "cup" down (let's say the chart says you should wear a Zoom, try a Dart instead too), since your lack of fullness might mean that your measurements are misleading and a little less volume might be needed to get your chest firmly compressed Ouch... That sounds painful, "firmly compressed". It's nothing like those pesky "normal" compression bras! It has a patented design and it feels much more like when someone gently but firmly holds your breasts in place from behind! I find it super-comfortable and I'm quite sensitive! The band is the biggest feat imo, it's really soft yet sturdy!
Also, another really great pro for you is that you have wide shoulders (you have noted that), I don't and the straps chafe me a bit. These won't do that for you! Let me know what you think!

helpfulIt won't be any use to you if it doesn't help prevent bounce, so imo you have nothing to lose by trying a different size. I notice the wires seem to be either really wide or else pulled unusually far back on your side--so maybe a cup size down would have a chance of working.

helpfulThe gore does not typically tack in this bra esp in larger cup sizes; in this case it's not a sign that the cup's too small. (I am a fitter and have fit lots of women into this bra.)
The cups run very large on the Panache Sport, at LEAST 1 cup size. Typically I am 36FF, and in Panache usually 36G. However even the cups on the 36F in the Sport (though it feels and looks good) aren't snug enough to prevent bounce for me and i'm considering trying it in 36E!
Agreed that the wires look way too wide and I think the cup is actually too big for you, looking at your measurements. I'd actually try a 30FF -- I know that may sound crazy, but this looks more than a cup size too big. Since this is an encapsulation sports bra it only works if it is hugging your breast very snugly.

Thanks for the responses ladies! I think I am going to try it in a 30G, 30FF, and 28GG just to exhaust the possibilities, lol. If none of those works than I will try the Lynx sports bra. I don't typically order bras from Amazon, but they have the Panache Sports bra for 38.18 (the grey/purple, white and black ones) and the colorful ones are between 45 and 68 bucks plus they offer free exchanges so I can afford to order 3 bras at once :)
