Issue resolved
Learned wrong size
Original problem
Granted, one side here is freshly nursed and the other side full of milk, but they do fit similarly when not in use at the moment (right is a little small in this cup size where as left fits perfectly when not overly full).
This is the first bra I've purchased in my new "correct" size and I'm curious what you gus think.y

helpfulIt looks like it would be a good fit if you averaged your nursed and unnursed breasts seeing as it looks too deep on the side that nursed and it looks like you're spilling slightly out of the top on the side that was unnursed.

helpfulIt looks like that bra might be sitting a little low on you. Is that empty space at the bottom of the cup? Can you get the wires to sit fully in your inframammary fold? It looks like it pulls it up a bit when you put your arms up, but almost slides down when you're in a relaxed standing position.

That it feels good is definitely the most important thing :) If it's very comfortable for you, then that's what I'd consider a pretty good fit.
It looks a lot better in those new pictures, yes. It's also just going to be challenging since your size will be fluctuating so much during this period. It does look like the gore not tacking is probably due to not quite enough space for you unnursed side, but overall it's not too bad as long as that's not uncomfortable for you.
You might consider trying something like the Andorra full cup or Lepel Iris full cup to help minimize this - they both have very soft and stretchy lace cups, so that might accomodate your breasts a bit better at their fullest. :)

helpfulWould you like a tighter band? I think it looks like a good medium for nursed and unnursed. Also could you pull the bra up a tiny bit? ***Oops just noticed the updated photos.

helpfulTo me it looks like gore is floating, and by that alone I would not deem this to be a good fit. Especially if you are nursing I would not like to have that pressure there.
If you feel comfortable in it, go ahead and wear it but keep a close eye on the gore and the wires so that they don't cause problems by putting pressure on your breast tissue.

The gore is floating. What does that mean? It doesn't feel bad and these two bras were cheap ($15 at tj maxx) so I already washed. Haha!

In general it tends to mean that the cups are too small. Try to press the gore flat. How does the cups fit then?
In some cases it might be due to too weak wires or too wide gores but in your case I would suspect the cups are just too small. You are essentially trying to compress 4 cm of depth (at least) into the cups it might just be that you won't fit into them.
You can still wear them, however pressure on the breast tissue when nursing may lead to inflammations so I would be very careful. Due to this I would suggest rather aiming for a slightly too big cup than too small right now if you are to wear underwired bras, just to be on the safe side.

Yes I've had infections before (not now but with my eldest) so I know the signs. :-) such help info. It is already gaping on the right but maybe that just means it isn't the right shape for me?

It could be that it is the wrong size, but it could also be that the cups are so much too small that you cannot fill out certain areas (also called orange in a glass phenomena). All you really can do is to try the best size possible and judge the shape compatibility from there. :/

Interesting. When I press down on the gore, the smaller fills it out and the left spills big time. Thanks for the help.

I added some new pictures and make sure it was more fully in the inframmary fold. I'm also a bit more evenly nursed. Look better? I've been wearing the crazy wrong size for a long time (38 B or C). I want to make sure I'm wearing this better fitting bra right and that it is truly fitting good. It FEELS good.
