Issue resolved
Ended up keeping until The Great Tissue Migration. Moved wires all the way down the channel, then sewed channels closed and tacked together.
Original problem
Bra is comfortable, wide wires, side support boning, and the straps are almost in the right place. I have pushed the inner underwire down as far as the pocket allows.
Is this gore too big? Can I alter it? Should I alter it? Right size to reorder or different size?
Thanks!

helpfulCan you explain more about the gore? Do you feel it may be "too big" in height, or in width?

So does it hurt or cause discomfort? Aesthetically speaking, I don't see any problems. If it is uncomfortable, you can alter it, but it might be more practical to just shop for a different design, unless you're totally in love with this particular bra.

helpfulI have seen all three bras of yours and I would say the cups are too short for you. It seems that 2/3 of your breast is above the cup. You really do have shallow breasts and a lot of tissue on the sides. In the last picture the "back fat" is well seen. So all three bras are the wrong style for you. you will have gaping in every size. This style is also meant to move breasts forward, that's why central gore is too wide. You need a tall and wide cup which have a lot of space not in the center, but on the sides, and small central gore (may be some t-shirt or plunge bra)

Thanks! Any brand I should look for or is it best to use the bratabase to match up wire measurements?

I am not much experienced in brands. the only one I can recommend is Tutty Rouge Liliana which is my favourite. I added photos of this bra in 2 different sizes but I am not sure it will be tall enough in your size.

too wide gore, it measures 1", my sternum seems to measure at 1/2".
