Issue resolved
The bra is both too big and too projected for me. I will look at different styles and use Bratabase search by measurements function to help in my search for a well fitted bra.
Original problem
Ok on the bratabase fit check I could not accurately put my fit problems so it put that this bra fits me. It does NOT!
I tried to get this issue on camera but it was hard- where the side "sling" of the cup is, my breast is bulging out as if that part is too small then where the vertical seam of the rest of the cup is , there is a pronounced dent. So there is "quadboob" but it is contained in the cup, the vertical seam cuts my boob in two. I hope thats understandable. Also, the majority of my breasts(which are pretty soft) in the front feels like it is mostly contained in the lace, so any little movement and I jiggle like Jello.
May I also mention this bra looks like my breasts are pointing down?
On another note, this is one of very few bras I have tried on that the underwire feels like it is the right width.
My left breast is one cup smaller than my right, reason the cup wrinkles on that side, I fit to my right side.
This bra feels both too small and too large for me in the cup. Help me please!

helpfulThis cup is definitely too big for you, at least in depth--even on your larger side. The breast just sits loosely in the cup, it is not supported or uplifted, hence the downward point and the fact that the side seam easily makes a dent (there is no surface tension to keep the cup smooth).
I notice that the bra's cup depth measures exactly the same as your lying down breast perimeter--typically in your size range the cup depth should be a little bit smaller than that, because part of a bra cup's support comes from gentle compression. I have very soft tissue also and in my case for example I get the best fit in bra cups that are quite a bit smaller than my breast perimeter.
You could certainly try a size down. However, I often see this bra recommended to people with a narrow root and very projected boobs, so if you have average to wide roots and only average projection, it actually might not be a perfect fit for you in any size.
Since you've noted that the wire width is good for you, I suggest you do a search by measurements: Cup width 5.7", cup depth 11" or a bit less, and whatever band length you feel is comfortable without riding up (33" for example if that's what this bra is and you like this). This will show you a bunch of options across various brands.

Agreed with both of the current suggestions! This looks about 2 cups too big to me - I think you'd be better off in either a 34E (if the band of this is good) or a 32F (if this band is loose), though you might find then that the wires are too narrow. It is still possible that you'll be better off in a different style, so it's really up to you if you want to try a different size or not.

helpfulIt's way too big! I think you might be better to try a 32F, which is 2 cup volumes down from this 34FF

Thanks for explaining the whole dent in boobs thing, it was feeling like the bra was too big but I couldn't figure out why I was bulging out the side.
And I totally forgot about the search by measurements tool! Quite helpful.
